Just got done eating lunch and it was delicious! Not only that, but the service here is excellent! Always polite, always smiling. Knowing they’d be extra busy today (March 29 Day of Giving), they had 15 people behind the counter! And when we were leaving, one of the young men who worked there held the door open for us and everyone told us to have a great day. That’s what Customer Service should be like everywhere! Some local businesses and restaurants (not naming names!) should take a lesson from Jersey Mike’s!

I wish that I could give this place 5 stars. The subs are soooo good. Every single time I go tho, the order has been incorrect..if ordered on line, I still have to wait 15 mins or more. I saw one employee drop the spatula on the floor and pick it up and continue to use it. I saw hair being touched with the gloves…the cash register used….Gloves never changed. It is really not up to code. I have tried tipping thinking that would help, but nothing has made a difference. I find it so disappointing.

Ordered a sub mikes way. Some of the toppings were missing. Was offered to have mayo on the side. Really? For a sub?. It’s supposed to be on it. Service was slow and lacking. They’d do well to retrain their staff. And while I thought this was an OKC thing, apparently it’s the whole brand. Stuff like this is why Jimmy John’s will always be better. They take care of their customers. Jersey Mikes couldn’t care less.

There was quite a queue, but it moved fairly quickly. The servers were efficient, attentive, and courteous. I did not enjoy the original sub I purchased. The bread, which is the foundation, was meh. The other ingredients were about the same. It’s not worth the price paid.

I went to the new JM in Seaford for the first and last time today. I ordered a tuna sub online. I could not believe I paid $9 for the regular which is only 6 inches. The tuna was watered down and not white tuna. I’m not surprised no one was in the store at noon on a Friday. There are better options.

This morning I went to Jersey Mike’s I love their food I’ve been here a hundred times Everyone is always been kind and hospitable to me. Today there was a woman named Christina working who was the epitome of rude and ignorant and joyless she completely seemed like she did not want to be there or do her job. The only thing she mumbled under her breath to me is “we just opened.” I highly recommend you remove her from any position of power that she might be in because this is not the kind of person you want as the face of your store. Again I’ve been here a hundred times never had a bad experience until today.

The subs are good. The people are great. It is refreshing to visit a place in hospitality where people are actually hospitable. For the brief time I visit each time the team seems to work hard, communicate well and just all around help each other out. I will eat here for as long as the employees seem happy bc something must be going right and why not put my money towards a place with people like this working there.
