Loved my visit to the pavilion! Had a reservation for 7:30 and was immediately seated at the bar. Bar staff was friendly and attentive. Food was divine. Probably the best grilled octopus I’ve ever had. The mushroom risotto was also perfection. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

Restaurant advertised as fine dining, but atmosphere is more attuned to a brewery.

Amazing food, great atmosphere, and wonderful service, and we ate at the bar! The scallops were the best I have ever had in a resteraunt.

Absolutely amazing dinner from Chef Chris and the team! Food that makes memories, drinks that’ll make your IG followers want to go, and all done with an amazing staff that makes this elevated experience just so comforting. Cannot WAIT to be back and enjoy more from this diamond in the NH rough!

A culinary and craft cocktail delight! The food was fantastic and the cocktails made by Brendan were truly amazing. The Royal Hawaiian he came up with for us as a dessert drink was spectacular. He is a true artisan!

The pavilion is a breath of fresh air for a sleepy town. Higher end food with phenomenal service only made better by an incredible drinks. Don’t hesitate to sit at the bar either, the service and bar tender are just as great as the normal wait staff.

Have been to Pavillion in the past and had a pleasant experience. This most recent visit was disappointing. We had reservations for 8pm (a Wednesday). We were not greeted when we arrived and just got a nod from afar and awkwardly waited. There was a vegan pescatarian in my group and they were looking foward to the mussels that they saw while perusing the menu prior to even arriving. When we went to order the waitress informed us that they were “out” of that dish. There were very few offerings that could accommodate vegan and the waitress was not apologetic or generous in offering other possibilities or even offering to check with the chef. After we looked over the menu we asked if scallops from the entree listed could be put on a salad( could not have the risotto because of the preparation). The chef agreed and the dish was presented without aesthetic appeal. They also priced the dish noticeably higher than the meal offering on the menu. We asked why it wasn’t priced as the other dish and she explained that the salad was more to prepare than the risotto and the roasted vegetable. Really? Her pretentious, aloof and unkind attitude really did not make for a pleasant evening. My dish was undercooked and needed to be sent back. We had just arrived from Logan airport and after all the stressful traffic and we were so looking forward to a fine dining experience in Wolfboro. I expected excellent and friendly service from a restaurant connected to a property that boasts a Relais and Chateau rating. I have been to many R&C properties (Newport and Canada most recently) and have never had a more disappointing dining experience. I recommend that regardless of the time of day, guests should always enjoy lovely service with their dining experience. Two of us dining ended at $180. We really wanted to leave satisfied, did not happen. Perhaps better training for the staff on how to create a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere, even when things go wrong. It certainly would have helped our experience.

Charming aesthetic, lovely staff, and delicious food. We ate family style, sharing about 2/3 of the menu; they coursed it for us beautifully! The entire experience was a 10/10. We can’t wait to come back!
