Stopped by in the drive through to pick up some ice cream treats before driving home. We sat in the drive through line for approximately 25 to 30 minutes! I’m not sure what issues they were having but was way to long of a wait time. Unfortunately we were boxed in or I would have exited the line and went home. Plus my 91 year old mother had her heart set on a blizzard which must have been sitting on the counter for a while based on how much it was melted.

This dq is GREAT….when the general manager is there! Not sure of his name, but he looks to be about 30-40 and seems to work drive thru a lot. When he is there, the food is fresh 100% of the time and he’s always been on point, in my experience.

Wednesday evening drove through and while waiting for our food watching a guy wavy blondish hair short scrapping stuff off the floors by ice cream machine closest to widow?( meanwhile thought wow good work at 1st! The manager is the rudest management personel I’ve ever encountered. For absolutely no reason he is rude to his customers. I have no idea how he got in the position hes in other then he stated he owns that particular location….This is the only possible way he could still be in the position hes in because if he had someone above him to answer to, he definitely would not be an employee…. We Arren Buffett would be very unhappy to know his company is being represented by such an unkind and uncourteous abrasive man… If I had the ability to go to a diff location I would but I don’t so unfortunately I will be going without my favorite summertime treat from now on because I cannot and will not spend my money at an establishment that the manager has brought me to tears. I’ll be looking into contacting corporate and/or the bbb.

My first time at this location. I only went through the drive through so i can’t comment on the inside of the restaurant. Outside, the building and parking lot was clean. The gentleman at the window was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return to this location!

I placed a pick up order. And when I arrived was told to go to my car and go through drive through. I ended up canceling my order. Because my 30 minute dinner break was not long enough to wait in the 20 + car line. What’s the use in ordering on line being offered to pick up inside and paying ahead of time, to get there and now see the manager on duty has decided to close things for pick up? 10 people inside and they close the lobby before 9. Wow wish I could do this at my work.

Babes I worked here. I got fired for missing a shift I wasn’t scheduled for. I was refused to be register trained because I couldn’t make a damn ice-cream cone and everybody slacked. I was only trained for an hour before the next day being thrown into a Saturday rush, I left work that night covered in icecream and pissed at the neglect and disrespect of that working environment. If youre going to change my schedule, text me and tell me instead of firing me.

The manager was very helpful! I came in to buy several gift cards for a work event and the terminal was giving a strange error when attempting to pay. The manager tried several times and troubleshooted solutions. It worked after a moment, and I was on my way. Great service!
