I think it’s a sign of the times, no workers. There were 2 people in the restaurant. The doors needed to be locked due to lack of staff. Just a heads up if you’re limited on time, waited in drive through line 20 min to pick up a mobile app order.

If I could give 1 star, I would. Every single time I go to or order from this place, half of my meal is missing. I have a family of 4 people and without fail, 2 members have to share meals because at least one meal entirely is missing. It doesn’t matter if we go in person, we have to go back to the counter and ask for missing items. If you go threw the drive thru, you can’t drive away until you check your bag. Once, I ordered a happy meal and was handed an adult meal. When saying this wasn’t my order, I was asked to provide a receipt to prove I didn’t order a more expensive meal that was intended for the car behind me. Ordering on Door Dash, same thing. The last time they forgot our meal, we called and spoke to the manager, Dominick. He was apologetic and offered us a free meal. We decided to try again tonight, to give another try. I spent over $50 and was missing $25 worth of food from my order. There is no change, there is no improvement. Feels like we pay their employees wages with the lack of care they have to fulfill orders. Drive the extra 2-3 miles down the road to the next closest one, this one isn’t worth your money.

Why is it IMPOSSIBLE for this McDonald’s to put extra fudge on a sundae? They sure have no problem charging me for it. It’s almost worth it to pay for it even though I won’t get it just to have something to laugh at. Any other McDonald’s knows what to do, other restaurants know what to do it’s just this McDonald’s that struggles with the word “EXTRA.” This has happened atleast 10 times and hopefully you all get on the ball.

VERY DISAPPOINTED with the crispy chicken sandwich. 1st bite was into a large chunk of fat. Not the 1st time it happened. I’m just not going to get the chicken anymore. The Big Mac is still ok. McDonald’s fries still rule though! The service & people who work there are awesome, never had a bad experience.

Been going here weekly for years cause of my kids. They rarely ever give you your sauce packets or a single napkin. I work in the food service industry so I get that ketchup and mustard or bbq sauce might slip your mind but every single time I go there I have to hold up traffic and check my bag and then wait for someone to come back to the window to ask for condiments. If you purposely aren’t giving them out then don’t ask if I want bbq sauce with my meal.

Just left there because I waited 20 minutes, went through the line, went to pay and because the app wouldn’t work on my phone they denied my deal. They told me to delete and redownload it. So I did. The food was done. I had gone through the line and inside for them to try to figure this out only to be denied my food because it wouldn’t work.

I go to McDonald’s every day for a hot coffee and everytime I go there I have to wait for more than 10 minutes meanwhile you have staff standing around I made a complaint to the manager and all he did is make up excuses on why it takes more than 5 minutes for a coffee and unlike wawa I still have to pay for a coffee I had to wait 20 minutes for I am not very happy with the service you should give the coffee for free if I have to wait for it wawa police is if you have to wait for it it’s free every time I go into that McDonald’s the female manager with black hair and glasses always has an attitude

The ice cream machine was broken. Has been for the last few weeks. When I asked an employee about it,they acted like it was broke. But really it was just them being to lazy to clean it As an ice cream lover it’s the only reason I go to McDonald’s. I told them to train me and I’ll come clean it for free every day. But they said that’s against company policy. Such bad service. Burger King is better.
