Made a mobile order and waited 20+ mins for TWO drinks while they had a whopping 7 cars in at the store. Pressed the button to make sure we weren’t forgotten about, which has happened. The lady very rudely said itd be out when it was ready. 2 minutes later our drinks with already partially melted ice came out

Most awful experience! I ordered ahead on the app and there was no customers there at all, so we went through the drive thru and told the employee we had an order on the app for (name). He mumbles in response and we apologetically told him we couldn’t hear, got absolutely no response. So we pull to the window. Their windows have complete privacy coverage so no one can see inside, which is very unnerving, what about your food/drink preparation area needs to be hidden? This seems like they are hiding a big food health violation in their kitchen. After about 5 minutes waiting at the window the guy quickly opens the door and basically shoved the drinks in our face, it really scared us, he didn’t greet us or say a word. He then went away for a minute and came back and shoved the bag of food in our face in the same manner. And he slammed the door closed. All without muttering one word in our direction. Also the Diet Coke and Powerade were completely watered down, color being the only indicator it wasn’t water. Upon drinking the Powerade I immediately felt ill, so We ended up dumping the drinks out and throwing the food away wasting our money and went somewhere else.

Took forever to take order. They seem short on staff. The one Car hop is hustling fierce. I started a stopwatch a little after my order started. Finally my order arrived and I chatted with the car hop who said he is also training 2 new cooks. He is working on improving things.

Ordered via DoorDash. This location doesn’t seal their Sonic Blast with tamper tape on the [open] cap, leaving the ice cream exposed. I used to be a Dasher; other Sonic locations sealed it with Sonic branded tape. Seriously, it can’t cost you guys that much time and money to do such a simple thing. It’s not just for presentation, but also for food safety reasons. I’m never buying from here again, and I recommend nobody else does unless this common sense change is implemented. I’m very disappointed at such low standards.

Ordered in the app. 2 orders of mozzarella sticks. Took forever to get my order, granted they were busy but really they aren’t organized and that’s why they are so busy and can’t keep track properly. Any way both orders of mozzarella sticks were cold. Like you could tell they had been sitting for a long while.
