We order 2birthday cakes pops and 2 chocolate cake pops ! We only got 1birthday cake pop and we got the 2 chocolate cake pops! Even in the paper it saids 2 birthday cake pops! They messed up our drinks! I will not ♀️ be coming back again!

I left a four star beverage typically I have great experiences here. This Starbucks is on my way to work so I stop here 5+ days a week. I usually order off my app. This particular Saturday that is what I did. I went inside to get my drink ( barrier states to not reach beyond point to get food or drink which I highly love due to I am a nurse and with COVID-19 pandemic I agree with) my drink was waiting for me. So punctual. I wanted a while then saw a young lady standing there in front of it while others were busling around like little elves getting ready for Christmas. So I asked this burista “Kaylee” if she could get my drink? She grabbed my drink and slammed it down, then crossed her arms. She was not pleasant at all. I understand that everyone has bad days, but the manager that day should have seen that this poor girl was in a horrible mood and should have been sent home. I wished upon Kaylee a better day and recommended that poor sad girl to go home and get some rest. To the other baristas enjoy your day saving people like me who need my coffee to save other’s lives who are sick.

Today I had a terrible experience! Before an appointment with plenty of time to spare I used The Convenient Mobile app to order my beverage of choice. I arrived to this location to pick up my beverage, Although the mobile app was taking orders for this location the store was ONLY allowing pick up and orders through the drive through! Yikes! No problem if I had time to wait… 30 min wait. I could have left butI already Paid for my drink. Major FAIL! Please shut off the ability to order with the mobile app if it is not truly available!!!

I just purchased a grande non fat peppermint mocha and i watched the young lady use 2% milk. I asked when she handed me my drink if she used non fat milk she said yes. I thought maybe this site has blue top nonfat milk jugs. I gave her the benefit of doubt. I got to my car and it was in fact 2% milk. Im very sensitive to 2% and i am on a sugar controlled diet so non fat is best for me. Luckily im not allergic! I just can’t drink it. Waste of my money. I called and stayed on hold for 20 min. I go back in the store and the line is too long to wait. It is Thanksgiving and id rather be at home with family. Oh and this as most stores do not offer sugar free whip, saddening. (Only one store in the city offers this option). They should probably make sure staff knows the difference between the types of milks…..

Let me just start by saying as always Starbucks has the best flavors overall! But on occasions you come across a barista who had a bad day/night before work, or is just an unhappy person. After the person in front of me left, she started cleaning items without even acknowledging me in the slightest (no “I’ll be right with you”) no smile, rude greeting (in her tone), messed up my order completely… and I ordered it right in front of her! (Not a mobile order) I asked for a grande, she charged and gave me a Vente. I order a breakfast sandwich, of which she forgot about, when she handed me my drink, I had to ask for the sandwich. Plus It took waaayyyy tooo long! I will not visit this location again, unfortunately. It’s so convenient to my work now that the drive thru’s are closed.

I visited the store on Sunday May 13th, and I had ordered 3 White Chocolate Mocha Frappes Venti and a Strawberry banana smoothie (Grande, which is the only size they come in, but I had to inform her of that). After I ordered & PAID, the young lady working informed me she was new and didn’t know how to make those. So I asked her if she could make anything similar and she told me she could make an ice coffee… that is no where near similar. So then she starts looking for how to make them, in some little flip books under the counter. After about 10 minutes she starts making what I ordered. After a total of 25-30 minutes I received what I thought was my order. I thanked her and went on my way. What I received were NOT W.C.M frappes but something entirely different. My Mother & sisters, couldn’t even finish them. I tasted it and it was just horrible. The smoothie I received was bitter, and sour. I love Starbucks, and usually dont have a problem with this store, but leaving a new hire who isnt completely trained is very unproffesional! Hopefully not to many ppl were disappointed that day, & hopefully that poor girl didn’t receive to many unhappy customers do to her being left alone when she was NOT prepared.
