Love there chicken wings. I have yet to try to atomic one and the Asian flavored one. My favorites are definitely the lemon pepper, Louisiana dry rub and the hot wings. Their fries are some of my favorite fast food fries and their ranch is very good. However, the atmosphere is very dirty (sticky floors and tables, drink station area is not clean). Service is very hit and miss. Sometimes they have my food out quick other times is a longer wait. The food is worth wait most of the time.

Literally the greasiest wings I’ve ever encountered. I got dry rub wings, no sides, and a lot grease dripped out of the container all over the bag, and my car. I had to throw the bag away. I guess I’ll try OxyClean to try to clean my car. Is there any grease left in the fryer?

This place is disgusting!! Someone call the health inspector. It looks as if they NEVER clean the bowls they toss the wings in or even the counter they throw the bowls back onto. If youre going to have glass windows looking into the kitchen, maybe keep it clean and presentable. All the dining room tables were dirty and sticky and we were the only people sitting in the dining room. The sevice is awful. The lady taking our order was rude and not helpful at all. At least 3 people that ordered after us got their food before us. Our order was stuffed on the pick up shelf while we waited staring at the lady that took our order. When we finally got our food it was cold and the fries were soggy and limp. Was our first time ever going to a Wing Stop, and will never be going back. It’s really sad, because it’s such a good idea for a restaurant. Go to Buffalo Wild Wings if you want quality and cleanliness.

I had went, yesterday Friday June 8th, the Cashier Jasmin was being rude since the beginning, while asking for napkins, told her to tell someone to put ice because there wasn’t no more. Cashier said “yeah” with a rude attitude, and since we entered the store i saw her constantly on her phone and not doing her job as it need to be done! went and ask for things we needed like the napkins and seeing her a lot on her phone. Food was cold and took more than 30 minutes to get it out, I seen they had only 4 tickets of orders and the food should not take that long to get it out, the workers of the back were talking and not working. I have experience working at a wingstop location before and i know how it works those 4 tickets should of took only about 18 minutes the max, there should be no reason to be taking longer. There were dirty tables and the restrooms were nasty and not cleaned. Food should be done correctly because we got stomach pain, fries were cold and not seasoned. They should hire people who are willing to put effort on there job and not playing around. Take action and fix what needs to get done.

This place has amazing chicken! HOWEVER, if you order ahead or walking in, plan to wait about 45-60 mins every time despite what time is quoted on your confirmation email. Staff is trying their best to keep up but something needs changing to make thing speed up significantly. The person helping at the front is always running around and busy and keeps up with everyone who is waiting, but the wait time is just awful.

First, you walk in and the place is messy. Sticky floors, sticky countertops, the food area is a mess. Then you get to talk to the sassy people behind the counter. They told me to wait longer than the initial estimation. Okay, fine, it’s busy. They give me my food. But I get home and they missed half my order. So I call and ask for the missing wings, and they tell me 16 minutes. I guess…it does have to cook, whatever. I go back into the dingy establishment and I wait in line long enough that’s been at least 20 minutes since the call. I get to the front and the guy with the attitude tells me it’s going to be another 10 minutes…for the food that THEY forgot. Cherry on top, when they finally give me my wings, THEY FORGOT THE BLEU CHEESE. Never coming here again, even if Bdubs is closed like today.

I have never been treated so rude in my life! All staff had ear pods in! my order was completely wrong. I tried asking for a manager and i was ignored. my fries were black and burnt! wings were cold! and inside was completely disgusting. Do yourself a favor and never eat here. My order was wrong and when i went up to explain how my order was wrong the lady working said it wasnt wrong and walked away. my receipt even showed it was wrong. I had to just leave without getting a refund or talking to a manager
