This McDonald’s is awesome! This is my neighborhood McDonald’s and I’ve gotten to know every one of the managers here and what I can say is that it is being managed excellently. One of the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been through and one of the fastest drive-thrus. The other day I got takeout and after a 15 minute walk home I still had to hassisfossafuss my burger because it was so hot. The general manager’s name is Sandy and she’s doing a great job.

The burgers were good. But the fries were terrible. The service was good but the ketchup machine squirts out water. The Dr Pepper was watered down. Recommend to only eat the sandwiches not the meal.

The food seem to be rung in wrong so I went inside to point it out and they said it was fine and they understood what I was saying. Eventually they brought my order out and I went home. I should have checked, it was wrong so I called and they did what most do, it was offered for me to return the mistake and they give me what I paid for in the first place. I asked so what’s to be done about the mistake other than just give me what I already paid for. The person offered to send me some kind of gift card in the mail.

Me and my husband went here this morning to get an iced mocha and a mocha frappe. The ice mocha tasted watered down and there was maybe one ice cube in the entire thing. The mocha frappe didn’t even taste like mocha, I don’t know what they put in there put it was horrible. We will NEVER go to this McDonald’s ever again.

Every single time I come in the morning they are never open. It’s 6:30 and I’m sitting in the drive thru waiting for someone to acknowledge me but there was surely 3 people standing outside smoking. It’s unprofessional and disrespectful to blatantly ignore someone.

If I could give this place a negative rating I would!!!! I went through the drive and ordered a McChicken. Took one bite and it the entire sandwich wasn’t COOKED!!! They want a pay raise but can’t even cook their food all the way. I will NEVER eat at this McDonald’s again.

Don’t even bother trying to go here past 9 the workers don’t want to work last, last visit they told me my mobile order was “cancelled” and wouldn’t give me a refund or try to do anything to help yelling at me I’d have to go through the McDonald’s support for a refund at the time of this review I have still not received a refund for my order and it’s been almost a month with no help from the support as well.

This shift was too busy Playing around instead of working , first of all wasn’t in her position to be in the first window so went ahead to the second , walked off with my husbands card and came back minutes later with a receipt that only had been charged for a sweet tea.
