In and out quick. I was able to get a veggie protein sub with no issue. Some locations don’t offer veggie patties or other alternatives. Though, I was happy to find that this place did. Pretty clean and decent service. Lines not too long for a lunch rush. I came for a quick lunch and I was in and out withing 10 minutes. The staff were nice and pretty good they were really skimping on all the toppings and I had to ask twice to get the lettuce to the amount other Subways Grove you by default. But maybe it is a new Subway way of cutting costs and probably had nothing to do with the staff.

I come to this restaurant often. I always order the exact same thing. I always do an order through the app. This is because I work nearby and this Restaurant is my go to for something fast that I can grab and go in less than a minute. I come here a lot. The service is usually five star worthy.

The only thing consistent about this location is the poor service! New employees every time I go there, and I swear they’re hired straight out of the correctional facility in Draper. Never professional, always rude, dirty, old ingredients, I can’t believe it. Notice how the only good reviews are from “Local Guides”!? I’m not one who often leaves a review, but I’ve had so many bad experiences here that I had to do one now. Their nasty attitude is contagious, and I walk out pretty bummed every time. Go elsewhere. Where’s corporate!? This can’t go on.

Food was pretty good, but the service was unpleasant. The guy making our sandwiches seemed slightly annoyed that he had make subs for us (despite no one else being at the restaurant). When I asked for some napkins for our kids, he handed us three napkins, and while standing there I had to awkwardly ask him for more. If I were to choose again, I would go to a different place.

DO NOT EVER go to this place. We placed an online order, went to get it and they claimed they never got it. We asked to speak to Manager so the girl called him. He refused to talk to us and refused to give us our money back. Our Credit Card was charged, which I showed the girl, but she said there was nothing she could do. Even though we showed her our online order and that our CC had been charged. Luckily I know my credit card company will refund me my money, but this is terrible customer service. I now get to figure out dinner somewhere else. This business has lost my business and I will be sure to tell all of my friends my experience with this place. Save your self and DO NOT ever go here.
