Love me some Jersey Mike’s! My two favorite subs are the Original Italian, Mike’s way, and the Big Kahuna. The Big Kahuna is like a Philly cheesesteak with jalapeños added to it. If you haven’t tried, I highly recommend you do. This restaurant is always clean and the staff here is always friendly and attentive. Subs are always made fresh right in front of you. The meat isn’t pre-sliced and just sitting in trays like some other places. It’s sliced right in front of you.

I always love the number 13. My husband and I always get the 13 giant. I think the last location I went to though was in north Colorado springs. It was good, but pretty busy, and I found that the employees were trying to multitask in an inefficient manner. However I got the extra meat for free because the system wasn’t working that day. Also I think they were probably questioning themselves either way because I’m only 5 foot weighing in at about 120. I was glad to have great service though.

I’ve been here multiple times. Usually have great service. Last week though I went and picked up two cheesesteaks. I got home only to find I got two cold turkey subs. I took them back and they made things right and I got my sammiches. Today I went again,8/14/23, and the staff was great and the sammiches were tasty. Didn’t have to wait long either.

I’m a big fan of Jersey Mikes but, this location tends to have the most up and down service of any location I’ve seen. Most recently my wife and I came through yesterday and ordered two sandwiches. My wife had asked to substitute her cheese for white american cheese. When we got our sandwiches my wife noticed they still put provolone and her sandwich. I went back into the store and politely asked for a side of white american cheese to fix the mistake at which point the girl making sandwiches started arguing with me that the correct cheese was put on the sandwich and in a condescending tone told me its WHITE CHEESE. This isn’t the first time we’ve had bad service at this location which, is unfortunate since its the closet location to our house but, we will be going to another location in the future.

Too worried about dancing behind the counter than to be bothered with paying attention to customers or what they actually order. My significant other and myself went in for a sandwich after a long day of work. We walk in and the gentleman behind the counter is dancing to “Hips Don’t Lie” by Shakira. No problem, we all like to have a good time at work when we can. However, after ordering, our sandwiches came out wrong. After addressing the issue and asking to have it remade (with steak, as ordered, instead of chicken) the gentleman literally brings out an identical sandwich with chicken instead of beef. Pay attention to your customers.

The bread was stale which is unusual. While the employees were nice they didn’t move with a sense of purpose. Will try again maybe they were tired before the holiday.

$26 for a mini Italian sub, a regular chipotle chicken, one bag of chips and a small drink. And they were out of tea which is why I bought the drink to begin with! The mini size cold sub was over $7 and the chips/drink combo was $4. I won’t be back to this location or any other one probably. I used to like Jersey Mike’s but they’ve become just another overpriced mediocre-quality chain.

every time i come here i am more disappointed than the last time. i’ve come here for the last year about once or twice a week. i think that’s going to have to come to an end. the service is friendly for the most part but it’s so slow. i could wait 5-10 minutes in the drive through before someone will get to me. i don’t think it’s the employees fault as every time i come there is only ever 2 people working. they give me the wrong orders or miss my other sandwich completely and i only ever order entrees. the portions are super small too for the cost. it’s disappointing because my family and i love jersey mikes but it’s not worth the headache anymore.

Terrible. This store is consistently a mess with inner and outer trash cans overflowing, messy floors and tables… The “kids” (probably all fifteen) are rude and undertrained, unaware enough that they never ask about points or membership. They cannot be bothered to hear your instructions for each sandwich, either, then stand around talking to one another while the store is a mess. Really a decent chain with this particular spot being the worst I’ve seen… It’s a shame because we’re loyal customers!

The hot and cold sandwiches are fantastic. The bread is delicious and plenty of toppings and meats on each sandwich. The cherry pepper relish should be put on everything. It’s the best relish I’ve ever had. Pricier than other similar subshops but also a better sandwich.
