The service was decent, I went through the drive thru. However, I’m quite disappointed with my meal. I ordered the classic chicken wrap and what I received appeared to be one chicken tender inside of a wrap. I was not pleased AT ALL…. but at least the shake machine works at this location.

1st off the staff was goofing around when i pulled up. 2nd it took three trips to my car to bring me my food with out my drinks then only brought me 1 instead of 2. The food was sub par normally i really like their nuggets and cheese sticks. But for w.e reason the cheese stick had no seasoning and the nuggets tasted like groceries store nuggets baked in my oven. The what seemed like the manager or the veteran of the staff was supper nice and was trying to sort the issues out

At 850am, on 9/16/22, i sat at the speaker box for 5 minutes with no communication. I thought they might be closed. So I drive off, only to see 2 cars waiting food, and a cashier at the window. So I decided to go inside and order. The lady took 4 drive thru orders as I stood there, and so I asked if I can order inside. She told me one moment. I then explained I was in the drive thru line at the speaker, but nobody said anything. She apologized and kept working at the drive thru window another 2 minutes. I then left, but not before i took a photo of how they leave food out. So if you get food poisoning, this is probably why.

Food was good even though they gave me something else from what I ordered. I ordered the new honey mustard chicken sandwich, which I clearly stated and paid for, but received the wrap instead. They actually took the wrap away and was going to make me the sandwich but I said I would try the wrap. No receipt was given for my order after I paid. The atmosphere was terrible. There was a woman in there with her two kids waiting for her food. I think she was a relative of someone that worked there. Kids were just running around talking loud along with the woman who was seated talking to someone behind the counter. I know it was later in the evening when I went in, a little more than an hour before the dining room closed. This particular location has a 24 hour drive thru. It just seems the workers weren’t that focused and motivated to work. I see this a lot in fast food restaurants these days and I don’t visit many to frequently. I’ve never worked in fastfood before but there was only me and the one woman waiting for food and maybe three or four cars in the drive thru. Also I ordered a meal, since when do I have to go back up to the counter and ask for ketchup for fries? There’s no sign posted stating to ask for condiments. I didn’t go through the drive thru so I don’t know if there is a sign there.

Meat should be freshly cooked and smoking hot! Buns should be puffed up plump and soft, not flat. Lettuce and tomatoes and onions should be cold and freshly crisp. When all these things come together it creates an experience like no other! That wasn’t the case at this location!

I ordered doordash from this location 4 times. Each and every time they forget half my order. I send the Dasher messages and call the store directly asking them to please make sure my order is correct. NOT ONE TIME HAS IT BEEN RIGHT!! The only reason I keep ordering is because doordash refunds me for my missing items. How can you car so little about your customers. Its not that hard, I’ve worked in every kind of restaurant and had to deal with doordash orders. I know how it works.
