Ew? How does this have so many stars? Pretty gross honestly. Rice has no flavor. Chow mean is dry and flavorless. The beef and broccoli is… rubbery? The orange chicken is ok. But never again.

This establishment is horrible. I came through the drive through at 9, mind you, they don’t close until 10. I was given the run around about what selections they actually had, so I had to come in. I was told that every chicken item I asked for was OUT and that the kitchen was closed and not cooking anything new. Then when I asked for a beef dish, I was told that it would be an up charge. How does that work? The manager (I’m assuming that’s who he was) was very polite and apologized, however that doesn’t explain why you’re out of everything at 9 when you close at 10, and it also doesn’t explain why his staff was completely clueless about the food they offered. Needless to say, I won’t be back here and I will be contacting someone from corporate. Do better

Panda Express is new to our family as a roadtrip fast food option. Our kids prefer rice over the traditional fast food meals. This location was clean, efficient, and a quick detour. The kids enjoyed the grilled teriyaki chicken.

I ordered a family meal online at 5:05pm for a 5:25pm pickup. When we arrived at 5:36 the order was 3/4 complete & we were told they ran out of teriyaki chicken and asked if we wanted to wait 8 to 15minutes for them to to cook more. We waited until 6:13 UNTIL THE ORDER WAS COMPLETED. The manager offered us 2 sodas as compensation. Waiting an hour and ten minutes for an order to be completed from the time it was submitted is UNEXCEPTABLE. Having to wait 30 minutes beyond their estimate of how long it would take them to fix it in UNEXCEPTABLE. So NOT COOL.

Tonight while waiting for our food we sat at a table, I witnessed the MANAGER scooping rice into pans from the steamer…..he used a scoop & his HANDS with NO GLOVES at first I just watched then he went to the back to retrieve more pans, never washed his hands and returned to task of scooping rice USING HIS HANDS, he them proceeded to put a USED pad on the end of a mop, and clean the wall & sink area (still hasn’t washed his hands) and then went to STIR CHICKEN that was cooking!!!! The most unsanitary I’ve seen in food service since prior to COVID rules. Not 1 person scooping food had on gloves as well. Then to top it off after a 15 minute wait my order was WRONG when i got home!! I paid 1.25 x2 for double honey walnut shrimp and they doubled the other entree and not the one I requested. After all of this, my husband brought to the manager attention his contaminating action….the response was UMM MY HANDS ARE CLEAN…..I beg to differ. So needless to say we should have asked for refund and left, live & learn….didn’t eat my entree as it was covered in the one I wasn’t eating!!! And to top it off, after waiting getting to the car, the worker ran out…he gave us a wrong order….just switched boxes and returned inside. I was so excited Panda came to our area, but now I’ll have to drive if I want it….refuse to return to a place where there is NO RULES for GLOVES when handling food!!

Had to wait about 15 minutes for the food, but it was fresh, so it was worth the wait. This was my first visit and I was a little annoyed with having to wait, but once I got home and tasted it, I was happy. The food was delicious and the customer service was great.

i’m a carb junkie, but I have to say that I didn’t miss them at all with the pile of supergreens – oddly satisfying and tasty! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was very clean.

Good food and nice employees. This was my first time here and once telling the lady that she explained everything to us. Food was great. The bathrooms we’re very clean. The restaurant was very clean. I saw employees cleaning and taking care to make tea that was low. Tables were wiped down after customers left.
