This was quite possibly the worst food I have ever eaten. The fries were old and cold and the burger was dried, shriveled and cold. I asked for fresh fries, but I’m positive they tossed old fries back in the fryer and served them to me. They were hot, but not fresh. They still tasted old.

This martins is consistently an issue. I wish I would’ve driven the extra 10 miles to another martins because it would have been faster and better quality. I waited for 40 minutes start to finish in the drive thru line… yes they were busy. But not 40 minutes worth of busy… then I get home and the food all had to be microwaved because it was cold.

The food is great and generally I love Martins. I live an hour and a half away and I only get it when I come into town. The customer service this morning was HORRENDOUS. The young black girl working the window definitely needs some lessons on how to treat customers. I will be going to a different location from now on. I refuse to spend my money at a location that allows people to treat customers like that.

Great food, great service. The Manager or Supervisor getting on to employees in front of us was a little uncomfortable, I didn’t like that. I even asked one employee is they were okay. It wasn’t just a quick sentence, it was the entire time while dining in. So maybe this needs to be addressed.

Abnoxiously loud and rude manager (Kristy). It was our first visit and was a horrible dining in experience. Although the order taker tried his best, the loud and abusive manager, named Kristy wouldn’t shut up enough for him to hear our order. She yelled pretty much continuously during the half hour we were in the restaurant. She was yelling at employees and yelling the orders back to them which, with an electronic ordering system, isn’t even necessary. It is no suprise that not many people eat inside. I won’t be back to be subjected to this obnoxious behavior. The manager needs to be fired and replaced before there are no customers or employees left.

Let me give you money – waited in line at my usual biscuit place, busy as usual, which is cool I waited. Was distracted while ordering so I forgot a side of bacon for our dog. Asked the cashier that almost always serves me (surprised he doesn’t know our name) to please add a side of bacon and he says “sorry no add ons” and passes over the food and shuts the window. Great customer service would have been to just pass over a side of bacon (it’s three slices), ok service would have been to just ring up a side and well we know what bad service is. We have supported this location since it opened and before that the one on East Paulding and before that the one Cartersville and occasionally the one on. On. Parkway, we are or were regular customers. I’d be interested to know and honestly won’t be back until someone reaches out. I’ll send a direct message on other media as well. Please be nice to your associate lane so they will be nice to us.

Absolutely horrible experience. Paid $9.01 for a bacon cheeseburger meal. My burger had nothing on it no ketchup or mustard. The customer service at the window was rude. No wonder no one eats at this location. My 1st and last time…

Drive through windows lady denied my visibly pregnant wife a Sprite at the window because there is “no add ons at the window.” I understand this rule If it was busy but there was no one there. Lady was extremely rude about it. This was my second and final bad experience at this martins. First one they left a hash brown out and didn’t want to believe me at first until I walked it to the door with the receipt and showed them I was suppose to get one. Poor management and it shows.

This is the quintessential biscuit at a restaurant. The chicken is cooked perfectly. The gravy is creamy and seasoned. The sausage is tasty. All the staff are SO friendly for a place that is stupid busy. My son says it is the fastest drive through he has ever experienced. A true discerning critic at 11. Amazing.
