Not sure of this gentleman’s name but I will say his customer service skills are beyond Pot Belly , his personality and demeanor is amazing ! He made it a pleasure to be in this establishment ! He will be a great person in what ever he applies himself to he is amazing . If he wasn’t helping me I would have most likely left . This kid deserves a super raise .

I love Potbelly’s, great sandwiches/ subs that don’t break the bank,, although they have gone up a lot since I last ate at Porbelly’s. I always get The Wreck, which use to be $6, today I paid $9. I guess every has gone up, post-Covid. Still, I great sub. Friendly and Busy staff. Many call in and delivery orders at 11:30 am.

This is another place I have come to Like a lot . This is called Potbelly In Silver Spring ,Maryland In the Tech Center Shopping Area . It Is Next Door to Qdoba and The Garden Inn By Hilton . As You enter into the doors This Place has a good sized dining area . Across the way inside they have refrigerators full of sodas and more . They have a huge counter area where they show the magic happen of where they prepare all Your favorite subs there . They have a great manager and Team there . It has a very Family atmosphere there too I like . I Live the pizza subs and the Ham and cheese subs too . They also have chips of your choosing on a rack near the counter . This place has a Unique Cabin Like look with all the Hardwood look type designs . The Sodas I Like there are the IBC Root Beers I always get there . But I Look forward to having a Job there one day as a Cashier if given a chance to prove what I can do for them . If they train me right on the Cashier computers I will ride For The Brand and Be Loyal and Devoted to duty to them . This has been my favorite places for sometime and not far from home . If you all love this place as I do , This place is for you . Please come support this place and give it the business it deserves once again . It would be greatly appreciated . This is one of the best Locations I know in the entire area . We Look Forward to seeing you all really soon .

Sandwich amazing, best tuna fish In town. I feel the the employees can help customers social Distance a lot better. Like they need to wait till the whole order is ready. Instead of telling customers will u like to pay before you tell them what u will like. I was there today and I didn’t see no social distancing between customers.

I go to potbelly’s regularly, several times a month. I don’t normally go to this location but it was on my way home today from some errands I ran. I ordered through the app. I got there at the time it said it would be ready but it wasn’t in the order pickup shelf, so I waited by the soda machines which are directly next to the kitchen/register. It was busy so I figured they were running behind, even though none of them acknowledged me or told me that even though they saw and made eye contact with me. After about 20 minutes I realized they either didn’t get my order at all or something was wrong, so I said “excuse me” to get the attention of the girl at the register, and she looked at me annoyed and as if I had three heads. I asked her if my order had come through yet, because I was giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe it slipped through the cracks. She asked me my name, then walked over to a table that had 6-7 other sandwiches sitting there and grabbed mine. It had been there literally the entire time I was standing there, over 20 minutes. I guess I was supposed to read their minds and know that they were holding it back there instead of putting it on the pickup shelf. Maybe they thought I was standing by the kitchen for 20 minutes just for fun. The order was also inaccurate. I asked them to remove the roast beef on the wreck and replace it with more salami. Honestly, if they had just removed the roast beef and not added more salami, that would’ve been fine but they didn’t even remove the roast beef. They also put swiss instead of provolone.

I’m so disgusted with this place and the rude girl that is still working there for some reason. Receipt says “extra hots on side”, I had to ask for them only to get attitude as usual. My BLT says no avocado and guess what was in it, AVOCADO! They don’t take the time to make your order correctly. Ever! Please find new management and employees. I will never order at this location again.

Ordered the catering sandwiches, received email confirmation that everything was good and they’d be ready for pickup at 5:15. Arrived and was told the order did not go through. I pointed to the email confirmation and was told that it was basically meaningless and they could put together an order in ~25 minutes….Making me and my toddler late to his own party. Obviously the counter person has no recourse but why did i get a “confirmation”email if it didn’t go through? Like they still had the order in the system…no contact that there’s a problem, just wait until we show up to tell us and we have no recourse.

I ordered a bowl of soup; when I asked for a spoon, I was told there weren’t any. I asked how I was supposed to eat my soup and the employee told me he didn’t know. Until service improves, I will not return.

I have ordered my meal several times on the app at least 30 minutes in advance. When I arrive 15 to 20 minutes past my given pick-up time, it hasn’t even been started. Its not even busy and they seem confused as to where my prder is. No one apologizes and there is no sense of urgency to make my order. It’s sad that as much a I enjoy coming here, I can’t waste my entire lunch break waiting for something that should’ve been ready.
