It was open late when I had to check into the local hospital and my son, who drove me, really wanted Mexican food. Everything here was great though they had run out of sour cream which should NEVER happen. But we were grateful and thankful that they were open and IT WAS EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD!

Worst service I’ve ever experienced at any restaurant. They were out of almost every item 2 hours before they were supposed to close. Then the staff complained that they had to work the entire time they made my burrito, making me feel incredibly unwelcome and THEN asked me to tip them. I visit Qdoba frequently but this is by far the worst location in Lexington.

Well, they changed the roja salsa, and now it is not any good. I ponder the food cost on an item like salsa, when the real cost is the meat they use. Trying to cut corners on the salsa just seems like a big f you to the consumer. They probably need to figure this out. Meanwhile, I’ll have real tacos from a truck.

I ordered a bowl online, after getting there to grab my food they hadn’t made my bowl because they were out of everything needed to make my bowl. I said I just wanted a refund and one of the workers said she would cancel it behind the counter. I thought she needed my card but she said no and the money would be back on my card in 5-10 days since it was an online order. Well the 10 days passed and I ended up leaving out of town, plus I have no proof of me not getting my meal and needing a refund so I wasted money!

Sadly, I was not greeted, everyone scattered once the person in front of me checked out, it was like they were playing ‘not it’ on who was going to take my order! I went to qdoba to get a steak bowl. I asked for steak and they said they were out. I settled for chicken peacefully since I didn’t have an option. The worker then reply’s saying “I don’t like that you said you don’t have a choice you do.” I then reply back I don’t you are out of steak and she storms away rolling her eyes. The attitude of these people is unlike anything I’ve ever seen.

I ordered a bowl with extra stuff and toppings on the side and didn’t receive half of the stuff I asked for in my bowl. I went back into the store after checking my food and asked why some of the stuff wasn’t in my bowl, they said well we’re out of it. I placed my order a hour before y’all closed and you telling me you out of Queso and Shredded Cheese? They didn’t fix the problem or get me any they just gave me a silly look. If I’m going to pay my money I at least expect it to be right and with the things I asked for or have the decency to call my phone number I provided to tell me you’re out!
