I believe they changed ownership. So far they mostly seemed improved. We do have 2 complaints. In comparison to the old owners, they are now stingy with the cheese on the pizza. We loved the huge amount of cheese they used to put on them. And the fries aren’t that good. Everything else has been great and flavorful.

I ordered chicken tenders and fries with gravy. I wish I could say it was good but I cannot. The nuggets and fries tasted like they had been reheated over again X2 and the gravy was even worse. However, I have always enjoyed the pizza at Big Boyz so I guess I should just stick with that.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas. Not only did it take an hour to arrive, the pizza was cold and the order was wrong. Called back to get the order right and the woman behind the counter asked “well what do you want me to do about it?” Hmm how about sending the correct order? Terrible service and the food was average at best.

I liked their pizza better than other places, so I put an order for pick up on GrubHub, the app showed a time to be ready at 5:15pm, so knowing that sometimes is a little later I left my house at 5:16pm , got to the place and it was very busy, so much so that no one said even hello, until about 15 minutes later. I asked about my order, she went to the back, checked and. Ame back to say it was being prepared, another 30 minutes passed and another person asked again and said it was in the over. Finally the order was ready with no apologies about the lateness or anything at all about one hour later than the time. Though I love their pizza, I’m not ordering g from them again.

Do not order an Italian cold cut, they absolutely cannot make one. They don’t even have Italian meats. They put bologna on an Italian cold cut. Pay all that money for a bologna sandwich. Then refused to give me a refund. First time trying, will never eat there again

Wings were amazing . I mixed atomic and lemon pepper on accident and had to stop myself from eating it so fast. They took the time to actually fry my wings hard and the delivery driver had the best disposition when I answered my door . Will only be ordering wings from Big Boyz

Ordered pizza from here mid size with chicken , pineaple and feta , delivery time was usual – around 30 min, but when it arrives I open box and pizza looked like a mess, I feel like presentation is the big part when you order pizza. Plus boxed has some dirt on the side, like someone stepped on it or something. I was thinking that it would taste half way descent, but I was wrong there too. Over all waste of money, if I would ve know, I would ve order from good old psoa John’s or elsewhere . would not recommend their pizza to anyone.

Ordered for the first time today. I ordered an Italian cold cut, two cheeseburger subs, and an order of fries. The order wasn’t perfect, but the Big Boyz Pizza went out of their way to correct the issue. The night manager was very professional, and courteous as she took care of us. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, as they stand behind the quality and service they provide, and make customers feel confident that even if something isn’t right, they will correct it and make it right.
