I highly do not recommend this location for future orders, manager doesn’t seem to care about the poor quality and customer service the location provides. Nothing was done to rectify the below situation. You shouldn’t have to recook your food entirely at home after ordering for pick up. Stuffed Pretzel crust pizza that was ordered looks nothing like pretzel crust on the little Caesar website. Pizza that was ordered was returned and a new pizza was made incorrectly with cheese sauce instead of pizza sauce like the original order. The replaced pizza was brought home and then found to be raw and extremely doughy prior to my family beginning to eat. No refund could be given at the store, but was instead referred to corporate where I had to wait on hold for an hour and still haven’t reached anyone (waiting for a call back). I’d give 0 stars if it would let me.

We live nearby and have ordered here at least once a month for the past 5 years. We call ahead- thin crust pepp., Italian cheese bread, and buffalo wings. And it’s always DELICIOUS and ready by the time I arrive. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at this location!

Brian, Austin, and Isaiah were crushing it today! I mean CRUSHING it! We tried ordering from a fancy pizza place earlier and got hung up on 3 times simply just trying to place an order. I walked in and Brian got me going immediately! He was so friendly up front and the guys in the back were hustling the pizzas out the door! It was very impressive especially in these times of short staff and bad customer service. Today I received amazing service and smiles!

Awful!!! Ordered a deep dish meat pizza and went all the way home with it only to notice that it wasn’t done! This was the second time this happened from here, but now it’s time for a review! The yeast was thick, squishy, and simply UNCOOKED!! The meat was done of course, but the bread wasn’t at all. The cheese was like a camouflage for hiding the uncooked bread!

Less about the store and more about the customer service department. The guys at the store were awesome in understanding. Placed my order threw the little caesers app, says delivery time 5:12; 5:15 roles around still no pizza call the store pizza is still there was never picked up. Guys have to cancel delivery threw door dash fine great did that. Sat on hold got that handled. Got patched threw to customer service they refused to give me my money back because I canceled my order with door dash at 5:25 really? How long was I supposed to make my kids wait to eat? So I then had to get them in the car which I was avoiding because I didn’t feel well (hence have the pizza delivered) still don’t, eat pizza that’s been in a warming oven for 45 minutes because I couldn’t get my money back. On top of having to pay the door dash delivery fee. This will be the last time my family eats little caesers, as well as anything to do with door dash.
