I ordered online for carry out and made a mistake. I quickly called the store and they were able to update my order for my over the phone. When I picked up my pizza and wings the cashier was quick and friendly. Food was hot and ready on time. It’s been a long time since I’ve been to Pizza Hut but it really hit the spot!

Last time should have been the last time! Total time spent for 2 personal pans, 8 boneless wings and 5 cheesesticks was an hour and a half in store. The carryout business is attended to more than dine-in. To start we ordered our wings, they were served in carry out containers and cold (apparently the cooks were fighting/ sitting down/ not cooking). The replacements were made with the wrong sauce. Next, after repeatedly asking for chicken and stating that I could not eat pork my pizza came out with pepperoni on it. Then I ordered cheesesticks through the app as they were free with points, I informed the waitress of this several times. 30 min later cold cheesesticks arrive after numerous prompts. The icing on the cake was the table that came in to dine 20 min before we left got their food and drinks all within that 20 min time frame.

I understand if you are understaffed, but you should not quote a delivery time of 35 minutes if it will take over an hour and a half to get my order. I called after an hour to try to cancel the order, and I get put on hold for 30 minutes until you use doordash to get the pizza to delivered to me. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with any restaurant and I will never order pizza hut again. Oh, and the pizza was definitely not hot or even warm and the instructions were also not followed. Pizza Hut has been going down hill for a while, but this put me over the edge. Everyone out pizza’s the hut right now.

I went in the Friday night of memorial day weekend, May 26th 2023, and the card reader in the front was supposedly not working so the employee working took my card to the back and swiped it there and came back about 10 minutes later. That was the ONLY TIME my card was out of my sight since I got the card about 4 months prior. 2 days later I got a notification from my credit union about all sorts of unauthorized purchases totalling several hundred dollars. Thank God the credit union declined the purchase and blocked my card.

I completely understand being short staffed, god knows just about everybody is these days. But absolutely no sense of urgency from the staff at all, everybody was just very relaxed taking their time and appeared as though they could care less about the massive amount of people in the lobby. I stopped going to Pizza Hut years ago because the quality was absolute garbage. The only reason I Have become interested again because they brought back to New YorkEr.

This location, unfortunately, is no longer worth your time. Carry out or delivery, you will be disappointed. We have always loved Pizza Hut’s pan pizza, stuffed crust, and wings, but after see several terrible experiences with reliability and customer service, we will no longer order from this location until it undergoes a management/ownership transition. Try any other pizza restaurant in Westerville for better results.

Ordered a hawaiian pizza with pineapple, ham, and bacon. Received a pepperoni pizza. Politely called the store to inform them of this, placed me on hold to regional or some sort of customer service number. On hold for over an hour and they never answered.
