I don’t think it’s a good indicator for a business (Jersey Mikes), when a customer (not me), orders UberEats and delivers to the wrong address (mine). As a result, I encountered very soggy and disgusting food the next morning on my deck (which clearly had been sitting there for about 12-15 hours). It was absolutely disgusting, I nearly vommitted.

Placed order online for today, ready in 15 minutes. After I checked out my order showed that it would be ready tomorrow at 10am. I called for 15 minutes, while I was driving there and no answer. When I got there they tried to tell me that they don’t control the phones and the phones must be down. I walked in with my phone still trying to call and the phone was ringing in the back. Horrible service. Never will I come to this spot again.

First of all it’s a health concern. They use the same slicer for meat and cheese.They made about ten sandwiches while I was there and they didn’t so much as wipe it off. The white board they make sandwiches on is dirty. There is lettuce everywhere between the station and registers , and they don’t clean off the knife in between cutting sandwiches. Not to mention the male on the meat slicer NEVER CHANGED HIS GLOVES! He wore double gloves that had a hole in it between the webbing of his thumb and forefinger. Touched the slicer touched the food. Touched the door handles touched the food. Wrote down orders with a pen touched the food. Manned the grill touched the food. Went to scrape food off the dirty station white board touched the food. I was there for over 20 min and he never changed his gloves. If you eat Halal don’t eat here your food will not be clean.

I got take out via Grub Hub. I got the Philly Cheesesteak with jalapeños. Great sandwich. Arrived way ahead of schedule & hot. Next time I’ll leave off the jalapeños. Those were the hottest jalapeños I’ve ever eaten in my life.
