Absolutely amazing customer service. Came late night of 7/7 ordered the new Italian Chicken and a cheeseburger kids meal. The lady at the window told me right away it would be a couple minute wait for fresh chicken and made sure that it was OK!! The food was absolutely worth the wait and still brought within a timely manner. I was thrilled that the kids meal came with a crown. We will be returning!

The Shift Supervisor, Jade is amazing! My family and I came to McDonald’s late at night after a soccer game and she was incredibly kind, patient, and thoughtful. Every order that was placed, she was patient and asked us individually how we would like our sandwich. She noticed that we were cold having been in the rain outside and told us that we can eat in the Playground because it’s warmer – she was absolutely right! Receiving this level of service is so hard to come by these days. On top of that, the restaurant was in pristine condition! I appreciate the pride that Jade and the team at the Brooklyn Park Burger King take in their place of employment. Jade simply did her job I appreciated that. Jade – you are going places girl!!!

9/10 times I go to this location, it’s closed. At first, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, as many locations are recovering from the pandemic. However, when there are staff around, they’re very rude and seem reluctant to serve. I came when their system was down and was told I couldn’t be served. Understandable. I asked if they knew when it’d be back up, as I was craving a whopper and was willing to come later in the day. They proceeded to bark that their system was down. Again, very rude when I simply asked for some clarification. It seems their riding on the excuse of underemployment and the pandemic for their poor service and upkeep/ management.

We Went there for breakfast on 6/25/23 not to mention we were the only car! We were told to park, after a few minutes we got our orders we had ordered two croissant wiches with a Diet Coke and a black coffee. Croissants were not toasted! NO CHEESE as well. The Diet Coke tasted like carbon water! The coffee tasted like It had no flavor. If I could rate this place it would be a ZERO stars. I would recommend closing this restaurant down or please replace the employees working there!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. 8/4/23 TRASH DRIVE THROUGH SERIVE AND TRASH PRODUCT. FRIES ARE FROZE/ UN COOKED AND FOR SM FRY AND ONION RING MORE LIKE MINI SIZE HAVE EATEN ORDER. I went to go order today and saw that they didn’t have the Italian royal I asked they said they switched it up. I proceeded just to order number six. The lady said since they had the stuff to make what I originally wanted she said basically its not a big deal. I absolutely love that Italian Royal sandwich. It made my night, I was coming home from work haven’t had dinner and was craving that.

i wish i could give this place a 0 but there’s no option. i went through the drive thru and there was only two cars infront of me.. the person in the drive thru was giving my boyfriend an attitude but trying to be friendly at the same time. he was rushing us trying to order and everytime we would add something , he would start to get aggravated. when we asked to repeat the order back , he said “ my friend , we are busy and we don’t have time to repeat the order etc etc. “ first of all, no matter how busy you are, it takes at least 10 secs to repeat the order back to make sure everything is correct. worst customer service ever.
