My first time to order a salad from McAllister’s. I don’t have a previous experience to compare it to, but if I’m comparing it to ANY other salad from another restaurant, I’d have to say I’ve never been so disappointed :/. A few pieces of Parmesan cheese, buried at the bottom. A few croutons. Plenty of dressing though… Basically a “half” salad.

The manager was immaturly making a joke and laughing when I called in for my delivery order to tell them I’m allergic to wheat. They told me that there is bread on the surface and that’s the surface where my gluten free sandwich would be made. I informed her I’d lose consciousness if I consume any gluten filled bread. She said ok. Well I get my order and the sandwich that said “no pickle” clearly has pickle (picture included). The pecanberry salad is supposed to have grilled chicken. My order arrived. Pickles were in the tray with my “no pickle” sandwich. The pecanberry salad was missing the chicken. I tried to tell her every time she stated that my sandwich didn’t have pickles that indeed it had pickles. She just wasn’t open to hearing me. Every time I began to inform her she cut me off. The bag did not contain any napkins. I called back in and told the girl that the salad was missing the grilled chicken. The girl on the phone argued with me and told me it was added to the salad. I offered to send her a picture of the salad and she denied my offer. Her sas tone attitude tone copped an attitude and told me that they would just refund the order. I rebuttalled and asked if they would just bring some grilled chicken. With the sas attitude tone in her mouth, she stated, “DIDN’T I JUST SAY SHE IS GOING TO REFUND YOUR MONEY!” Idk what her mother did or didn’t do raising her but my own kid sure would have been smacked across the face talking to an adult the way this girl was speaking to me. I make a 6 figure income. I wasn’t trying to get a free meal. I can afford food. I just wanted the meal correctly. That was an extremely rude experience with all three employees I spoke with at this location. I like the food when it is made correctly. Those disrespectful kids being disgusting humans are what ruined this location. As you can see…. no chicken on the salad and clearly visible pickles in the sandwich tray.

Good food. Young woman was new but another employee helped too. Besides our meal being good, he ended up giving us a free cookie and brownie so we could go home and make ourselves a brookie because they were out of them. Big smile. Definitely a return visit place! Atmosphere is very pleasant. Nice decorations. Ok bathroom cleanliness.

I love this place. I have always enjoyed McAllister, but I think it was the first time I received a voucher for a free meal, all because they were missing an item on my sandwich. And it was the manager who personally let me know the reason. I normally understand when places are out, but the way he went above and beyond Really touched me. He’s a great manager. I will definitely come here just because of how I was treated and how he personally checks on his customers.

Called more than 6 different times to make sure my reservation for the room was reserved. I had to end up changing the date several times because they never reserved our spot. My baby shower was supposed to be catered to, I called and spoke to a manager 3 different times to make sure our food order was taken. Not once did someone tell me I had to do the catering order online, we get there today and were told that. They acted like it wasn’t a big deal, and were just like oh well. Extremely disappointing.

I have been to the southhaven and Winchester in Memphis location twice and I always get the same thing. I though have learned to have them hit the extra onions button 3 times and no cucumber with horseradish sauce which is so very tasty. I don’t typically like potato salad but theirs is most tasty. I have noticed they fall behind at lunch here and the Winchester location, but they are very nice. I got my roommate the nachos, which she enjoys most for sure.

The quality of service here has gone down within the last 2 years. The restaurant smells bad, food is always wrong and takes a long time to get it. The workers always seem like they have no idea what they are doing. We love Mcalisters, and have given this place multiple chances with disappointment each time. I’m sure many others feel the same and Mcalisters is continuing to lose business with this service. Please hire a better staff and go back to the way it use to be.

During my recent visit to McAllister, I had an extremely disappointing experience. I was eagerly looking forward to enjoying my favorite salad, but to my dismay, it didn’t taste nearly as good as it had during my previous visits. The lettuce seemed old and wilted, greatly affecting the overall quality. To make matters worse, the sweet tea I ordered was unsweet, a stark departure from the consistently delicious beverages I had enjoyed before. I couldn’t help but notice that the manager had earbuds in, appearing disengaged from the customers and their needs. The state of the restaurant was equally disheartening, with a dirty floor and disgustingly neglected bathrooms. Without a doubt, this was the worst visit I have ever had, leaving me questioning whether I will return to McAllister in the future.

Every single time I come here, there is an issue! This time the “young employees” are just standing around and taking their time with getting the food together. So many side conversations and there is no productivity. Two other customers came up to the register to check on their order because of the time. No presence of an Adult or Management on site. Only 3 customers in the entire restaurant, 4 employees and I had to wait over 20 minutes for a single sandwich!!
