This is a zero star review!!! Save your money!! Go somewhere to eat where the staff cares about anything instead of here where nobody cares about anything. This problem starts with the general manager and goes all the way down. I got seated. Waited 10 plus minutes for the server to come by and say, ” I’ll be right with you.” It took another 15 minutes for the server ” to be right with me. ” it then took around 35 minutes to bring the food to my table. The food had some burnt thing on top, and the steak tips were burnt into oblivion. This used to be the top store in the cracker barrel chain. Now, it is the absolute worst. Don’t spend your money here. Corporate doesn’t care, the management doesn’t care, and the food quality shows it. 10/10 wouldn’t invest money in the corporation or in this locations food. This all happened at 3 pm on a Sunday afternoon. Unconscionable….

Wanted to try out this location on this side of town to get a quick bite for the weekend. I thought it would be a quick in and out order when placing the meal order on the website. It said the order would be done around 2:52. I did not leave this location till nearly 3:45 with my order. The wait was horrible and backed up at one point. Now while this was annoying the staff at least in the front were trying their best. These women were very kind but you could tell they were either horribly understaffed or had no real direction as one person left the wrong and a young lady who was supposed to be off had to come back to the front to help for a moment.

Very upsetting, 15-20 min wait after ordering Togo turned into 1 hour 20 min. A lot was wrong with the whole situation but only concentrated on getting my name wrong. Was told to pay and dinner would be right out, 45 min later I asked for a refund and my dinner miraculously appeared. Dinner was mediocre and nothing was done to make me feel better, and was charged .50 for the apple butter. Not at all happy was very upset and on the verge of a panic attack when I left. Corporate has received an email from me. No response sad as this is one of my families favorite places to go.

Honestly so upset one of my favorite places ruined. The wait was awful but I could be okay if that was the only thing knowing how a restaurant works the wait isn’t always worth getting upset over. But the wait for simple things like our biscuits and refills after we ordered and watching tables who sat after us ordered after us get theirs was upsetting. To top off the long wait for something simple my meal was so over cooked I now have a tooth ache from trying to eat the steak tips. And then had to argue with the staff over getting it removed from my ticket because “we can’t take it partially off but can give you a coupon ” I didn’t get to eat any of it with my mouth hurting so much why would I want a coupon on food I didn’t eat. So disappointed to see such poor customer service tonight.

We received it promptly after we ordered it, but the service was slow and the food arrived almost cold. Whoever put the fries on my plate must not have looked at them first because they were pitiful looking, all dried out. The hamburger did taste good, though.

I stopped in for breakfast and was seated right away. My server arrived promptly with a coffee pot in hand. Being there many times, I knew what I wanted. My order arrived quickly and was delicious. My cup was never empty. Miracle, my server was very good.

show up, wait 20 minutes, get sat down, wait 30 minutes after ordering a medium steak and get whatever this failure is supposed to be. the eggs were cooked right but clearly waited & cooled off, the soda tap was calibrated wrong, (not enough soda it was watery) and the hashbrowns crunched when chewed, this was not at all a good experience and marks my first ever time sending anything back to the kitchen let alone the full course…
