This may be embarrassing to share. But they know me by name. Papa John’s is at my sons school once a month. This is how he learned he loved Papa John’s. This location has the best customer service by far. They made our night with our heart shaped Valentines pizza, which is our tradition

The crispy parm was my absolute favorite. It was a perfect thin crust pizza. Too bad it’s only for a limited time, because I can’t stand their other pizzas. First time ordering in about 20 years. The crispy parm was the only thing that brought me back, but it’s only temporary. As soon as the crispy pizza is gone, so am I.

I’ll blame the lack of customer service on them being busy and short staffed. But I can’t over look the fact that in the 20 minutes I was sitting in the store waiting on my pizza, both employees repeatedly went from talking on the phone/working the cash register to making pizza, never once washing their hands. Also, an employee had left a pack of cigarettes just sitting on the counter. Pretty gross.

Always a hidden surprise with Papa Johns. This time the counter clerk managed to interpret the question “does the epic pepperoni special have a lot of cheese” as a request to omit pepperoni from the order. We didn’t notice until we got home.

It was a cold and terrible pizza and the manager was rude. Compared to other Papa John’s Pizza restaurants, it was the worst restaurant. I would like to recommend other Papa john’s restaurants nearby.

This was the most horrible pizza I’ve ever tasted. For $28 for “extra toppings” all they did was add more cheese and had minimal toppings. They ripped me off with having lack of toppings and is the worst pizza company you could ever go to. Do not go here! I feel incredibly ripped off. The crust tastes stale and the flavor is cardboard. Close the company for this inexcusable waste they put into a box and arrest them for legal robbery for selling this.

This is where patience is needed when using. I ordered online and picked up the same thing, but I told them to wait 3 minutes, and then I started making what I ordered. You’d understand if you lied to a guest and said you weren’t ready for the first time. But the employee lies to the customer. Those who will use it will need patience.
