Service was friendly and quick. Simple decor with peaceful ambiance music. Simply yummy homemade Vietnamese food. I give 3/5 for the food though because, while it was authentic, I prefer pho broth a little more savory than how this restaurant prepares it. The fresh spring rolls and peanut sauce were good value. The man was very friendly also. We went for a late lunch and it was not busy, so we were sat immediately.

My friend and I were in town for business and decided to try this place out and glad we did. I am into the hole in the wall places and this fit the bill, it is in a little strip mall with basic decorations and no frills atmosphere. The waiter wasn’t and overly friendly gent but he answered all of our questions and even showed a little sense of humor when my appetizer came out. I got the crepe as an appetizer and when it came out I was shocked how big it was. The flavors all matched so well and the fresh Thai basil that came with added such a fresh touch. For my main course I ordered the Grilled beef spare ribs. the marinade wasn’t overly strong but the grill char added that little extra that made the flavors pop. My friend got the Charbroiled pork shoulder and he really enjoyed that as well. I thought the prices were less than other Asian places that I have been to. We will definitely be back.

Absolute best pho and vermicelli I have ever had!! Alex always treats us like royalty and I love that they have true veggie pho for my vegan girlfriend. This is our meal spot at least 3 times a week and we’ve never been disappointed

I’ve been coming here for years! The food is always on point and the owner is so nice! He’s always willing to explain each dish and tries to be as accommodating as possible.

I’m not one to write reviews, but our experience here was so bad that it warranted one. As mentioned in other reviews, the owner treats people very differently from the moment they walk in the door. He kept glaring at us and seemed annoyed when we asked if we should sit or order at the counter since it was our first time. He laughed and greeted other customers and chatted with all of the other tables, so not really sure what it was about us? He was very short and rude when we had questions about the menu, and we almost left then but decided to stay and try it since a friend recommended it. That was a mistake- the food wasn’t even good, and to top it off, our whole family has been sick with food poisoning all day. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Most likely the best Pho in Jacksonville, actually best in an even larger area than that. Actually this is some very very good soup for 9$! I don’t mind the dirty washroom, just serve more of this soup and I’ll be back. Don’t come here for that, just come and have their Pho. Meat quality is good. Broth perfectly balanced and not too thick or salty but extremely savory tasting. Served hot and within minutes of ordering. Noodles perfect type, amount and taste. Greens were fresh and tasted surprisingly good for bean sprouts. Attentive staff in all phases of dining. They only have one bowl size though and I was close to ordering seconds. However for 9$ this is ridiculously good Pho, and I highly recommend you to try this place if you love this dish. Without a doubt on my personal top 5 pho places worldwide.
