I was beyond disappointed with the customer service tonight. I own property in town and just wanted pizza. I was going to order online as I typically would but it says it’s closed. Apparently they are open so I had to go into the actual location despite the busy Cortica crowd. I asked for my pizza to go and they put it on the counter on paper plates. When it came out I asked for it to go and the girl just sets a box on top of it! The restaurant was crowded how was I supposed to box it easily on top of the pizza counter over my head surrounded by people?! Meanwhile employees are just standing around. Then as I’m clearly annoyed she gives me attitude. I get home and the pizza is burnt…

It’s good.. I’ve tried different things on the menu, which I never do. But the sight of a new dish makes you want to try it.. When I first had them, they were at decent prices. But now, I mean to feed your family….. You’re easily looking at$40-$50 .. But again it is good. I’m from the city of NY, and this has been 1of the closest tasting pizza shops upstate NY

The worst pizza ever and the garlic knots weren’t cooked. Will never go there again I asked for an extra crispy well done pizza and got the top extra crispy however the rest of the sheet pizza was not cooked all the way. The garlic knots weren’t cooked all the way. The 2 slices that I bought for my grandson he said was okay. Worst pizza in Cortland new york and their shop smelled like it was sprayed for cockroaches . I can’t write a complaint about the quality of the food. I can however write about the over zealous prices. $50 for a large 4 topping pizza, and 10 wings, waaayy too much. $3.25 PER TOPPING for a large pizza. Idk about you but I know that 3 mushrooms sliced certainly doesn’t cost more than maybe 50 cents. Pepperoni is cheap, and so is sausage, especially when you consider the amount put on the pizza. Wings are outlandish when you consider that each wing only contains about a Tbsp max of meat. So essentially when you order 10 wings you get MAYBE a little more than half a cup of meat for $17! Go for steak and shrimp instead. You get much more for your money.
