We order from them all the time, but this is the last time we order from them. I ordered a wild chicken sub which is supposed to be a hot sub and have hot sauce and ranch. It came ice cold as if it were made that way, with a tiny bit of sauce… I had to open it up and dig around to find it. When called about it I got a response as the sub was made properly you have to ask for hot sauce and ranch. What about it being cold???? They refused to refund my order. This is just horrible service and now I’m done with them.

We ordered online and the price was $16 and change. We went to pick it up and the kid behind the register said it was $22. We saw him charge another person $40 for 3 slices of pizza and a 2 liter. That should have been less than $20. These people are screwing people over. This child should not be running the register. We won’t go back

We had a horrible experience a couple of weeks ago where they delivered our food to the wrong house in the wrong town. The delivery guy blamed the person on the phone and when we called back she blamed the delivery driver. They claimed they couldn’t refund our money so we received cold food. They hung up when we called to ask for a refund because they said they were too busy and didn’t know how to use their new system to do a refund. They said we would get a credit on our next order instead. When we called back, they didn’t have our information written down, they lied about getting a discount and gave a false name when we spoke to the original person. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! The food is not that good for the hassle you will have from them! We will NEVER be ordering from them again. So disappointing especially because we want to support local companies.

Walked in the door, person at front was too busy on her phone to wait on us. Our order of a salad, hamburger and onion rings was taken at 6:56, we did not get it until 7:30. Burger and onion rings were just warm. Person at counter was kind of rude when food was served. As we were eating person at counter stood at front counter eating wings texting.

The service is very spotty. 75% of the time it is okay. Tonight they gave my order away to a different customer so they had to remake it, adding another 20 minutes. Another time, I had to wait 25 minutes on the already hour long wait. The expediters are younger, make frequent errors, and always seem confused. Friday evenings, you’re better off going somewhere else.

Trash service and food. It’s Gone way, downhill. Expensive. Disrespectful, low class workers and staff. Zero customer service skills, lack of phone skills. The women who seems in charge is nasty. Swearing at each other in Spanish. Rude idiots. The bad energy matches the bad food its not good. Avoid. I give em 1 more quarter till they close down. It s like they want to shut down on purpose with how bad it is. They are flaming out fast…Very dirty store.

It was a complete waste of money, we asked for boneless bbq wings they argue about the ticket for a good 15 minutes and ended up burning them and they tried to cover with so much sauce even though they still looked black. Finally the wings were done but the kitchen guy did not made the pizza and argued with the front person that she didn’t put it on the ticket while indeed it was, so then we had to wait for the pizza which it barely had cheese or sauce. I guess he was mad that he couldn’t watch TV and had to make the pizza he forgot to make then the garlic knots were uncooked inside and burnt on the outside which burn garlic is disgusting. Overall as can be imagine we will never go there at all. Who wants to pay over $50 on burned food.
