The food is great. But you have to deal with over worked staff that are inconsistent. I’ve gotten the menu item “harvest bowl” 4-5 times and have yet to get the same thing twice. Its refreshing when the phone is answered (called many times to endless rings) but the person who answers it is never happy to take your order. The food is amazing, but its inconsistent and they make the experience inconvenient. I have hope they turn it around, it certainly has potential, but it is not living up to it today.

I started coming here a few months ago, and I’ve noticed a change in a few things that I definitely don’t love. The service has gone downhill. I was on hold the other day for so long that I think they forgot I was waiting. Then, when I called back, probably 5 min later, no one answered. The acai bowls have barely any smoothie in the bottom. When I first started coming here, there was plenty, and now there is barely anything to have the toppings with. What’s the point? They are not cheap either. My coworker comes here also and noticed the same thing! They got a new computer system that they said they would have rewards for, and I keep asking about it, but it still isn’t “set up.” I’m hoping they can get their act together because I liked coming here.

Ordered the berry crunch bowl + peanut butter, they forgot the peanut butter and they literally put almost a cup of granola on my acai bowl. Disappointed because I’ve been here before and had more positive experiences.

Small local place with great creative açai bowls. They also sell muffins, sandwiches and hot creative oatmeal. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Place is clean and nicely decorated. Off street parking on a busy street, but worth it.

Went here yesterday and was told “we close in 8 minutes” upon ordering. I ordered the randy. Which comes with vanilla protein powder. I don’t like the taste so I asked if it would be possible to get it made without the protein. After receiving my smoothie I could taste the protein in it. My biggest issue was the amount of ice in my smoothie. It looked like an ice coffee. Not blended correctly at all which was very disappointing for a $10 smoothie. Seemed like they were rushing because they were “closing in 8 minutes”. I couldn’t even drink my smoothie because it was crunchy because of all the ice. I dumped it out when I got home, pretty dissatisfied.
