Oh. My. Everything was superb. Who would have thought little Brooksville would have this gem!! Everything was on point! Oh the flavors!! We had jambalaya, gumbo, fried oysters, hush puppies and tamales (not on the menu but on a special board) and I bet this will be the best you have had. I’ve not been to New Orleans, yet, but I would bet money that this is that same level of goodness. The best my husband and I have EVER had. The staff is equally as superb as is the music. You order at the counter and just you wait!! Go. You can thank me later.

Great place for Cajun food. No frills; just great tasting food. Order at the counter and wait for your name. Live entertainment and reasonable prices. Friendly staff and most importantly the food is delicious. It’s the kind of place you will definitely want to return to.

SO glad I found this place. The crawfish was amazing (the flavor was perfect) and I ate the entire tray. Good prices. The beignets were hot and fresh and maybe the best I’ve ever had. Plenty of seating and just overall a good atmosphere. I guess I could go on and on about how great this place was lol!

I love this place the last two times I ate but today I had crab legs for first time and was kind of disgusted I know that leech eggs are safe to eat but it’s not appealing also usually they attach to meaty crabs but half my legs were missing meat ! I cracked 5/6 open and there was only meat on one side I would recommend but maybe try something else ! Their shrimp is amazing and so is there gator !

We had a wonderful experience. The food is excellent and the atmosphere was very nice! I did give 5 stars for Food, and Atmosphere… But not for service. There is no table service and the person taking the order at the counter was the furthest from friendly or helpful… I was born and raised in a restaurant, and I am actually three generations in the restaurant business. I would always treat my guests like I wanted them to come back over and over again. We didn’t get that feeling from the person taking our order… There was a very nice gentleman that played a saxophone So beautiful… We enjoyed the music immensely. A touch of class for sure. We will return. We will recommend this establishment. We will bring our family and friends. This little restaurant is a hidden gem and Brooksville. It is definitely a must try. Can’t wait to go back!!!

They brought their food truck to my sons school. I ordered an order of crawfish and a seafood combination which was shrimp white fried fish with fries and hush puppies. I have never had crawfish and they were delicious.!! The fish and shrimp were so good the shrimp are huge.!! Full of flavor… yummy!! We’ll definitely come in!!! can’t wait to try the beignets!!

Very good food! The service was fast. The cost is typical of seafood style restaurants, but the flavors are a great surprise. This is what B’ville needs, a family restaurant with an owner who actually makes an effort to know his customers. Great vibe and you can taste the down home love in their food.

Love this place!!! Everything is fresh and they give you a nice portion of food.. If you only drink water , has nasty flavor. They should put a water filter. I didn’t take off any stars for that just wanted to mention it. The place can use a Lil face lift other then that it’s good eats I would recommend.
