Today was our second visit. We has fried fish, vegetable samosas, buttered Naan and tandoori chicken. Give this restaurant a try!

This was truly an amazing find! Since it’s fairly new, we weren’t sure if we were at the right place since the board still says Austin Diner, but once you enter you’ll know you’re at the right place. We started with chole batura–I would highly recommend trying this out!! The bhature was really soft. We also got chicken tikka masala with garlic naan and pani puri… It was so delicious! We also took masala chai for the way in to go cups!! Totally worth it! We have added this place to our list and will definitely visit again!

We will no longer have to make the hour drive to Louisville, because there is now fantastic Indian 5 minutes away. We had the paneer pakoras, goat curry, methi murgh, faluda kulfi. We look forward to coming back and exploring more of the menu!

Wow! What a great experience. This is exactly the type of variety Austin has been needing. The food was incredible and the service was even better. We were given great treatment and even advised the best way to customize and add to our meal. Plenty of options to choose from for any type of dietary needs. I will definitely be back and love to continue to support small local businesses.

I been hearing about this place for a while. Everything exceeded my expectations. The food had the right spices and the meat was tender. We got the lamb curry and the Garlic Naan Bread. Very reasonable priced. They are super friendly and I can’t wait to go again.

It is so good to have good Indian cuisine in our community. The flavor of the food is absolutely amazing. So many flavor options and choices. My daughter ate it for the first time and LOVED it.

What a surprise to find an Indian restaurant in little Austin, Indiana! It had only been open a week and a half when we went there (due to a recommendation by a friend), and they did not yet have a sign posted outside (still says Austin Diner), nor did they have printed menus yet. They do have photos of the menu posted on Google Maps, but not everything was available yet (no dosa dishes). Nevertheless, everything we did get was delicious, and we will definitely be back. This restaurant needs to succeed, so even if you’ve never tried Indian food, I encourage you to check it out. BTW, we asked for the “mild” version of everything we ordered, and that was plenty spicy for me, so unless you put hot sauce on everything, I recommend trying the mild version to start with.
