Food is declining drastically bland wings and the rice has been hard the last 4 times either the rice is crunchy or the peas and carrots are crunchy .Definitely not what it use to be just not worth it lately sad because it was the only decent wing spot in my area !

They just got new customer service and I’m not going to lie, the African guy who was up there before didn’t have the best customer service at times but, he got my order correct each and every time!!!!! My food was good each time. They have a whole new system going on and it has affected the food. I told the new lady crispy wings over the phone and immediately when she opened the box and showed me, I knew my wings weren’t crispy. Just because you change the system doesn’t mean the listening skills are better. She tried to tell him to make them more crispy and they still weren’t. I ordered a lot of food too so it’s not like they could remake them and she didn’t give a resolution to the problem and I didn’t give her a hard time because she probably couldn’t hear me. I’m just a little disappointed

Ordered through UberEats and I called before hand to make sure they read my special notes and the “lady” who answered the phone was so rude and insisted that they got my order correct and that it was already ready so at that point I already knew my order would be soggy especially getting fries since I can see when my driver will pick up the order. So I receive my order and they DID NOT read my special request and put stuff on my sandwich that I’m ALLERGIC to and I did in fact inform the girl about me and my child’s allergies but it seem like not only didn’t she care but the cook didn’t care either! So not only did I get a sandwich that almost cost me and my child’s life but the rest of the food was soggy and old including the wings! First and LAST time ordering from the “restaurant”!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!

Had to order my food twice the food was wrong I asked for a refund because I was gonna have to pay the Uber driver twice for bringing the food and going back and picking up food back up again and bringing it back to me they wouldn’t give me a refund matter fact it was she was very nasty

I have ordered delivery from here 4 times in the last 3 weeks. The best wings I’ve ever had. They are delivered so hot it’s like I’m at the joint. Try them out if you haven’t. 20 different wing flavors. Mine is garlic Parmesan. Fabtabulous!
