The only bad thing I can possibly say regarding this restaurant is that I’m bummed with myself that I didn’t try this place sooner. The food here is absolutely phenomenal!!!! I’ve passed by this place many times and never thought to stop here to give it a try. A couple weeks ago I decided to give it a try and I’ve been back four times since. Even brought my girlfriend through so she could try it as well. All four times I’ve visited the food always came out hot and fresh. The gal at the window is always incredibly friendly. I’m looking forward to coming back many times over.

Legit the best Mexican food since leaving the west-coast. So I’ve only been there once BUT I will definitely be back. I just moved to the Midwest from the west coast and haven’t found any Mexican food I really loved UNTIL NOW. I was so surprised that this spot is so good since it’s a chain but the Cabezas burrito did not disappoint. Original taste, original size (BIG), great price compared to anything else around.

I was staying nearby for work meetings and saw the great reviews for Abelardo’s Mexican food. I’m glad I tried it out and would definitely go back. Portion size was great and the food tasted excellent. This was probably some of the best Mexican food I’ve had since moving to the Midwest from the desert southwest. This is a drive-thru only location and there was a bit of a wait in line but it was worth it!

That breakfast burrito was legit. I should have taken a picture. Perfectly cooked. Ham egg and cheese with potatoes. Oh my! Just like I used to get too much in Tucson. Hot sauces on point.

We just discovered this hidden gem a couple of weeks ago. I had the carne asada tacos and they were so good I came back the next day to try the burrito, it did not disappoint! This will definitely be a go-to for us!

You know a restaurant is going to be phenomenal when you walk in and hear the kitchen staff singing along to music and having a good time while working. It really made the atmosphere feel very inviting, and the food came out quickly. Good food, fair prices and friendly service. Definitely a good experience, most definitely will return.

Great “Mexican Food”. There is not much atmosphere – it’s a little bitty building with a drive thru pumping out awesome authentic food morning and night. I eat there at least once a week (for months) and have never had a bad meal. Try the Green Salsa and the Carnitas.

This is the second time I have went here. Both times were on Taco Tuesday. Get 5 beef fried tacos. Both times the tacos have been really tasty. They also give you a red and green sauce for the tacos and both of them are tasty without being overly hot. Can’t really decide which one of the two I like better. I think I will just say to me they both are really good. Will have to go back sometime for something besides Tacos.
