Ordered a enchilada meal and a churro was the only customer and it took 10 min .. I don’t mind but when I got home the man who bagged it up didn’t close it and my food spilt out into my bag so i lost most of my food and it ruined the churro.. Also I did not recieve napkins or silverware and all my utensils are in storage . I’m very upset..

Staff is friendly and everything is good. The only comment is it seems they will make some mistake on the order. In this particular case it was on a burrito not putting the sour cream on. Overall very good. You just have to watch real closely to make sure everything is put on that you want

Horrible. Ordered the #18, 2 carne asada burritos with rice and beans, $14.99. Was charged $23, got 2 soggy, luke-warm burritos, no rice and beans. Will never buy from Abelardo’s again. They are 2 blocks from my apartment, but I’ll drive the 4 miles to DeLeon’s, whos food is 100 times better anyway.

I go to Albarados weakly on center st. Today I was in North Omaha paying a bill, so I figured I would stop here and get lunch … HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE Food I got the SAME thing I get weekly Chicken tostada with extra beans. Not only was there BARELY any meat But the chicken NO FLAVOR at all it was not worth $ 5 WILL NOT GO BACK !!!! Only thing that tasted good was my Horchata

Update 11/14/21: this used to be the best bang for your buck Mexican food before the pandemic but now I can’t bring myself to eat at the Ames location. Food always has way too much black pepper and the bacon is always completely raw. It feels like when I order a bacon and egg burrito they cook the raw bacon and eggs at the same time and just slap it all into the tortilla once the eggs are done, instead of having the bacon precooked and warming it on the flattop alongside the eggs. I’m gonna give the other locations a shot but no high hopes.
