Disfuction At its best
Ordered at the drive thru a young man and young lady both seem to be high school age took my order the young man was nice ,however the young lady was very rude. I tasted the sauce it was awful so I asked if I could get pico instead she said yes with a snotty attitude but it will cost a dollar . The cup was the size of a thimble and she charged me a dollar plus eight cents tax after me paying for an order I feel like at least one condiment should be free but she told me if I didn’t like it I didn’t have to come back . They advertise real Mexican food but it don’t taste as good as Taco Bell and Taco Bell is not good so I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone service is bad you know food is bad.

People are complaining about the wait yet it just open and it’s really busy. Definitely a must try this Mexican restaurant has different flavors than others in Columbia. I like how they take out the fat of their chicken and their steak. Massive burritos breakfast all day and open late. it’s seasoned to perfection. Definitely going to be going here a lot. Can’t wait to try the Takis Burrito. Tuesday definitely is the deal! Five tacos for five dollars! Yes please

The tacos were good, I would get them again. The chips and salsa I ordered was soaked with grease. So much grease I ended up tossing most of it in the trash. I would have requested a new batch but I got it to go. I will give it another try but I will not order the chips again.

Abelardo’s is great. Yes, the wait can be a bit long but that’s because they make your food to order. The menu is huge and has something for everyone. I would define the food as fast casual. It’s better than fast food chains but probably won’t blow you away as something life changing. And that’s not what they’re going for; they’re hours are awesome, the food is reliably good, portions are big, and we’re excited to finally try eating it at the restaurant rather than to go.

Good food, I will give this place that. My issue is that my order has been messed up more then once at this place, let alone there is no air-conditioning inside if you decide to eat in. Just go through the drive-thru, hopefully your order is correct and you can eat it in your own climate controlled space.

The food was good. Large portions at a low price. Service was fair. The atmosphere was clean, attractive, yet similar to fast food. Portions were very large. They are geared for drive-through business. I think the businesses long-term success will fall on their hopeful ability to turn into a strong Hispanic dine in restaurant.

Food was awesome!! It’s pretty well fast foodie as the ordering process and they bring out your order. I really like the decor of the booties and tables. Think it just needed more of Mexico in there. We have been there 3 times and it was wonderful!!
