Love Abe’s. Moved out of the valley about 4-5 years ago. Recently came back for a visit had drive thru for lunch. 4 with everything and some corn fritters. Hot and delish just like I remember. Prices have gone up but that’s to be expected with bidenflation and all. Always recommend and will def be back when/if I’m ever back in the area.

Always wanted to go. Hot dogs with everything only okay. Cheeseburger pretty good. Homemade pierogies, small not worth the money and not that great. French fries very good. Wait staff very nice. Waited on quickly and food was served fast. Won’t go again though…

Abe’s is a Wyoming Valley classic. I like to visit with my children every time I am in the area. This restaurant has changed the menu over the years but still remains the same in all the right ways. The hotdogs are always a hit and the fries are some of the best you can find anywhere. They are sourced and cooked in a way that reminds me of the best diner fries from the past. All and all it’s worth a trip for good food and a little nostalgia.

I am not a local but take my 4 and 2 yr old nephews to Abe’s each time I visit. The staff is always friendly and goes out of their way to make sure the boys know they are welcome. The hot dogs and turkey BBQ’S are favorites. Great prices and service. Even if there is some mess (as little boys do,) they never show they are upset. If you have not tried Abe’s, you should.
