I had the Burrito Acapulco for lunch that had large portions of refried beans, rice and ground beef burrito. The rice was delicious, much better than other Mexican restaurants. The burrito was too salty for my taste. The chips and salsa were very good. Service was poor despite it not being busy. The hostess and my waiter were not friendly, no smiles or other nice interactions from any of the employees. No one checked back with me after the food was delivered. Sort of a drive thru service in a sit-down dining situation. The background music and overall decor is festive and clean.

Brighton’s best and most authentic Mexican restaurant. Nice assortment of tequilas, and a wide menu selection. They took their time making the ingredients. The meat was properly marinated. Good service and atmosphere.

Nice little spot. Clean and cute decor. Went in for lunch. Server was super nice. Wasn’t very busy but took longer then I would have expected to place an order given there were only 2 other tables of people. Food was okay. Everything we had…chips, salsa, taco, rice and beans, all lacked flavor. Lunch size was perfect for the price.

My work colleagues and I love going out for Mexican for lunch, and we’ve been to all the Mexican restaurants in Brighton multiple times. Today’s lunch blew all of them out of the water, and we’re already excited to go again. The food was flavorful and fresh, the horchata was delicious, and our server, Maddi, was friendly and attentive.
