I thought the food here was just okay. They do not carry yellow queso, so blanco, but its on the watery side, which sucks. I ordered the Chimichanga, and it wasn’t crunchy and had excessive big onion slices on the inside. I ordered a margarita, which was really fresh but needed more alcohol. Service was really good, so that’s a plus. The inside was cool with art from Mexico, and they had some nice latin music playing. Would I return ? Probably not since I’m from Texas and had better Mexican food.

Acapulco Mexican Grill is the REAL DEAL and so far…. The most authentic and flavour packed South of the Border food here in Lansing! This was Debra’s first time here so she went with the Tacos enhanced with pork and pineapple. I had the Rice con pollo. (With chicken).

We have normally not had problems here, but our last couple orders have been downhill. This order was especially ridiculous; maybe it’s because we did an Uber Eats 40% off deal and they didn’t like the price, but these tacos are a joke. Maybe half the taco has meat, and it’s dry.

I really enjoy the food at Acapulco. Chips and salsa are fantastic. My wife loves the taco salad. I’ve had good meals here and prices seem fair. Recommend it!!!

I don’t know how this had a 4.4 rating because the food is not good at all. I heard the food wasn’t good but I still wanted to try it out for myself. The menu is very limited unlike when it was Cancun. I ordered a few different things and non of them had any flavor. The beef was hard, chewy, and dry. The potion size was small. But then it didn’t matter because the food had zero flavor. The Tacos and the burritos have nothing inside of them. The burritos seemed as if everything came on the side but the tacos had nothing but dry meat and a shell. I would not recommend it.

This is the most flavorful Mexican food in town. It’s a bit pricey, but well worth it. Discounts on tacos every Tuesday. The owner is a great guy that looks like Aquaman and makes sure the restaurant is ran very disciplined. As well as all his other locations.

Chimichanga with ground beef was delicious. The queso was delicious. Prompt servers, polite waitstaff. Decent price at lunchtime was $ 10.99 and I could not eat all of the food on my plate because I was stuffed. Rice, refried beans w/ melted cheese, tomatoes & onion salsa, guacamole, chips and salsa. I was impressed with the food. As not all “Mexican” restaurants are the same in quality. Good job, Alcapulco!
