Wonder Wendy Food Vibes
Very busy, but definitely worth the wait. The cashier kept saying that they had the best burgers in Charlotte a few years in a row. They don’t freeze their beef and they have brioche buns literally her exact words. She complemented her page as well. I usually don’t put it in a review but hey, you know I’ve done a lot of these, good employees. Stand out when they speak highly of a company. Great burgers, delicious I have no complaints. Definitely give them a try.

I love this place. I had the pleasure of visiting ACE for lunch yesterday. I was greeted by the store manager, Bobby. He was really nice & checked on me while I dined in to make sure I was good & if I needed anything. I met the marketing staff, Alex, she was very pleasant. All of the staff were really nice & kept making sure I was ok & if I needed anything while enjoying my food. I had the ACE burger with the comeback sauce, a side of fries, the CLT Chili Dog, & the cookies & cream milkshake. The food was absolutely delicious. The burger was so fresh & flavorful. The CLT chilli dog was my first time trying a hot dog like that. I loved it. I like the comeback sauce on the burger but not with the fries as a dipping sauce. The star of the show was the cookies & cream milkshake. Omg, it was so good. The shake comes with a wide straw to drink the cookie pieces & I loved that idea. The atmosphere of the restaurant was so peaceful & I love the old school music they play. I felt groovy while eating great food. I will definitely be back. 9/10 I definitely recommend

pretty great burger place! fries are perfectly crisp and the ace was very good too. cookies and cream shake was also fantastic, but note if you let the straw sit there too long it gets soft and deforms since it’s paper

I’ve been here a few times, and I like the food. But tonight (Aug 18, 2023) was a disaster. Crew was too slammed and understaffed and unmanaged. Restaurant was not that busy except with takeouts and deliveries, and they just could not keep up. Ice machine was broken, fountain drinks were hot, ice on the counter to substitute for ice machine was frozen solid, the restaurant was shabby and poorly maintained. This isn’t a staff problem, it’s a management-franchisee-owner problem. A restaurant doesn’t fall apart this bad except in absence of interested, competent management.
