Absolutely perfect. Really fun spot with a very thoughtful menu and fun delicious takes on a lot of fresh plates! Perfect cocktails and friendly staff made for the best birthday evening. We will be back asap. The palettas, the oysters and the elote are all a must.

We went to Acopio a week ago and fell in love. They served us the best tacos I’ve ever had, which is a big deal because I just went to Mexico City a month ago. Plus, they were vegetarian! (mushroom). We also loved the grilled corn. Highly recommend checking it out.

We had a group go which was fun. The food is very tasty and complex. The mole duck was by far the best fish I tasted. Probs are smaller, so feel comfortable ordering more than one thing. Drinks had a tasty twist on the usual mixes.

This is the definition of a neighborhood gem. Tucked away in the most unassuming pocket of east side San Jose, Acopio is a small restaurant that packs a punch. I’ve dined here about 5 times and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed every visit, from the food to the cocktails to the service and atmosphere. Like most people, I especially love their corn ribs. I also love every single taco I’ve had (the menu changes every once in a while), but my all time favorite is the vegetal. Those mushrooms are absolutely divine. If you’re considering coming here, there is no need to think twice. I’ve also come here with my dog and we sat outside. The waiter brought my dog water and turned on the heater for us. Do yourself a favor and frequent Acopio for a great meal every time – I can’t wait until my next visit!

Interesting place. They have good new perspective on Mexican food that we liked. The place is good. They have table outside and are pet friendly. The tortillas are amazing. The elote was great. And the Beef was the best part great flavor, perfectly cooked and juicy. curiously the Tacos were not the best part.

Acopio is such a great addition to the neighborhood. The food is tasty and the restaurant they built is fabulous. The drink menu is fun. It’s a great date and/or dinner place with friends. The noise can get a bit loud due to their acoustics in infrastructure, but If it ever gets too loud, their outdoor patio is super nice as well. Highly recommend.

Decided to try out the new restaurant in town, I really wanted to like it, give it 5 stars but it couldn’t get there.

Incredible food and incredible service. It’s Mexican Fusion — so if what you’re looking for is traditional Mexican, seek somewhere else. 🙂 But their menu is highly curated, made from incredibly fresh ingredients, and everything is clearly put together with thoughtful precision, from appetizers to mains to the cocktails and wine — we’ve never had so much as had a bad drink here. A hidden gem in East San Jose, this is entirely worth your time and patronage. Not a vegetarian, but the mushroom tacos are the closest thing I’ve ever had as a compelling reason to become one. The staff is completely lovely, the food is excellent, the drinks are fantastic – you’d have to try REALLY hard to have a bad time or a complaint at Acopio.

What a nice place! If I was to RE-judge previous restaurants based on this place hardly anyone would get a 5-star. The cumulation of the food, service, ambiance and pricing makes this place an absolute gem.

I flew in to dine here. My first visit to this little gem in the neighborhood. The vibe is warm, welcoming and inviting. It has a plenty of natural light with positive energy.
