What a quaint little bistro! Located in the Downtown Chandler area it’s a tiny hole in the wall with a big impression. The chef greets you and chats with you about food and wine and makes you feel like family. We both started with cocktails and had a mushroom appetizer followed by lobster Buchini for me and lamb chops for my honey. We really wanted to get dessert but we were so fully we needed to pass. Expect to pay $50 to $100 per person.

Without a doubt, the best breakfast in Chandler. Definitely worth checking out however, I’d recommend looking at their menu first as it’s very limited and a little pricey, but not too pricey, and most definitely worth every penny! The dinner menu was good as well and while you can’t go wrong with whatever you pick, you also can’t go without the risotto as it’s the best item on the menu.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Acqua Di Mare last night. The place is small and quaint but the food, and service is next level. We made reservations and were seated right away. We had an espresso and French martini and they were both very tasty. We had the crab cake for an appetizer, it was so full of crab meat and was perfectly prepared. We shared the acqua di mare pasta dish and it was filled with seafood and the most amazing fresh pasta. We shared the beef Wellington for dinner, it was huge and could have fed 4 people. It was beautiful prepared and presented by the chef table side and it was so delicious. I can’t wait to go back again, maybe when the weather is cooler so we can enjoy the patio seating. This place is perfect for a date night or special occasion. I would not recommend this place for small children.

This was not a family dinner. It was an experience! Aqua di Mare is a small, romantic restaurant with a Mediterranean feel to it in Chandler, Arizona. There is an additional seating outdoor patio. My meal was personally cooked, tableside by Chef Gustavo A. Heredia. I asked for whatever he wanted to prepare for me. Gus made excellent lobster tails flambeed and finished in a delicious cream sauce. Lobster di Mari. The lobster was tender and sweet. Gus explained that their seafood is delivered to them fresh daily from the Pacific coast. My husband had seared scallops that were very tender. My son had Steak Diane.

We drove by the place the day before and seems beautiful, we decide to give a try and call. Cher very kindly helped us to accommodate our party. The service is fabulous and very friendly. The atmosphere very calm, the music and the climate in general wonderful. We felt that we were in a family Italian restaurant. Nickolas the chef does a very good job, the food was delicious, probably the best lobster pasta I have ever eaten. We tried several dishes and some desserts and we were fascinated. In general all the people at my table were very satisfied. We wish you the best and hope you stay open for a long time so you can come back often.

Celebrated my birthday here last week. SO SO GOOD!!! Everything we ordered was delicious but our favorite was definitely the Lobster Di Mare! Prepared and flambéed table side by Chef Gustavo himself. It was perfectly cooked, flavorful and tender plus an amazing cooking demonstration. Gustavo is very talented and just a nice person to talk to. We also had an amazing server Drew, who was personable, friendly and always topped off our glasses. Hats off to these two gentlemen. We will definitely be back.

The ambiance and atmosphere is out of this world. The whole dinner experience feels like you’re temporarily transported to Europe. The owners and staff are all extremely kind and friendly, you can tell they are all extremely passionate about what they do and are trained to genuinely care. Makes the dining experience that much better. Food is Michelin star quality. Truly a hidden gem and going to be one of the most sought after restaurants in all of arizona in the time coming. My go to spot anytime I have a guest I want to impress on any and all levels.
