And it’s a family style barbecue joint. The food was okay. My girl chicken that was on the menus marinated and moist was very dried out instead of a biscuit night. I got a roll in my role was called wasn’t even warmed up. The service people came by took her order. Got it. Briefles of water couple times but that’s about it.

First time visiting and I was surprised, pleasantly. Food and atmosphere was really good. They have a great variety of home cooking. Good tea which is always a plus. If you’re in the area, try it, you won’t be disappointed

Place wasn’t friendly, the tomatoes tasted like dirt. The beans were out of a can. No service with a Smile, No Hello and No thank you have a nice day and please come back. 1st and probably Last time I will visit. I like a welcome feeling and pleasant experience with a smile .

Went to this restaurant several years ago and stopped by today. The BBQ sandwich tasted terrible, coleslaw was bland. Chicken fried steak was great and the Toast was great!! Wish the BBQ sauce was the same as it was several years ago. Was so looking forward to a good BBQ sandwich.

I have been in all 50 states as well as Mexico and Canada and I will tell you that this is the best restaurant I have ever eaten in. Simple and delicious. Gene

This is one of the best places I have ever eaten at! The meatloaf was delicious, the broccoli casserole and Mac n cheese was out of this world, and the service was friendly and great, and the best part is it’s cheap for what you get, loved it!

This is not a barbecue restaurant. This is a southern cooking restaurant that serves crock pot ‘barbeque.’ The food is bland and flavorless, the server was rude, short, and from the time we sat down it was obvious she was ready for us to leave. Prices are too high for the poor quality of food and service.

if you want actual pork BBQ, served chopped/sliced/pulled and not shredded up & swimming in some kind of moisture, might want to go else where…appeared to be some kind of prepackaged, heat it and serve stuff …other items unremarkable also

Stopped here on a recent road trip for lunch… The service was a little slow but the staff was prompt and friendly… Had the best hamburger in recent years.. Nice size and full of flavor.. Added Chile and cheese to mine.

The ribs and pulled pork had no flavor. The BBQ sauce used on them tastes like some cheap canned sauce you might find in a dollar store. The baked beans were of much the same variety. The french fries were fine, but just average crinkle fries you might pick up in the freezer section of your grocery store.
