Last week was my first time visiting Addella’s On Oak. My friends and I were the last customers to leave. It is your neighborhood bar that welcomes all to be a part of their Happy Hours, to order food from their savory menu, on occasion you may be serenaded with live entertainment, and other fun events that occur at this bar; contingent the day of the week you decide to visit. I ordered their chicken tacos, steak tacos, and chicken wings. They were deliciously amazing. I had a few Strawberry Margaritas that were impactful (thank you, Ms. Robyn). The interior decor is a work of art. The walls are painted and there are also hanging paintings. All their seating tables are works of art with different art work painted on the table tops. Comfortable and spacious seating. Decent size outdoor patio. Amazing service (thanks again, Ms. Robyn)! There are a few televisions for your entertainment. There is also enjoyable music in the background. Free street parking out front, across the street, and or adjacent from Addella’s. Decent prices. Cool, Friendly, Hip, & Safe atmosphere.

This is quickly becoming our go-to spot for wings! My favorite so far is the Terra Way blend of dry rub, lemon pepper, and a honey drizzle…. Simply AMAZING! Fries were perfectly seasoned and cooked. My husband tried the double cheeseburger and was really impressed.

This was our 1st time here for the Just Kickin It Sneaker Brunch. Soon as we walked in we all smelled the dirty mop bucket water everywhere. The food was unseasoned and nasty! I ordered bacon, sausage and eggs with cheese. The eggs were not seasoned at all. My daughters burrito was nasty. The beans inside wasn’t cooked all the way. The sandwich was ok. None of us will be back. They tried!

A friend of mine wanted to check out this restaurant so we went here this past Sunday. We arrived a little after 5 pm and no one else was there so we didn’t have to wait to be seated. Due to COVID, the menu can be accessed via QR code but I checked out the menu from their website prior to arrival since I like to have an idea of the type of food a restaurant has before I get there. The waitress was friendly but not very knowledgeable on some of the menu options. Also, although you can find a drink menu online, be prepared for the majority of those drinks not to be available. We ordered an appetizer (I forgot the name) but it had tortilla chips and a sloppy Joe/nacho-like dip. We all really enjoyed this app! There was a nice combo of flavors. For entrées, I ordered the Make It Grain which was a massive salad with all sorts of goodies within. My husband ordered the tacos and he said he really liked them. My two friends ordered curry and the vegetarian burger and both enjoyed their meals. Overall, I wasn’t entirely impressed with Addella’s. The atmosphere was kinda bleak and the food was good but not great. I think there is room for improvement with atmosphere and the menu. Hopefully business picks up in the summertime.

Been here quite a few times, and it seems to have gotten better. Food is amazing, some of the best wings and burgers I’ve had around the area. Hats off to whomever is back there. The service is always great, everyone is so friendly and welcoming whenever I visit.
