My husband and I are extremely delighted with the restaurant. Very cozy, I loved the decoration and I felt super comfortable. The server, a guy whose name I don’t know, helped us choose the dishes. He masters the menu very well and is very polite, helpful and kind. The food was excellent. The taste of the sea fascinated me. I’m just thinking about coming back the dishes are so good. Congratulations to the chef and the guy who served us. We were very happy with our experience.

The Food was amazing. We were three couples on a Saturday evening. We waited about 25 min for a table but definitely worth the wait. We ordered the large Sangria and enjoyed it a lot. I ordered the grilled octopus, wife baked cod, and our friends other seafood and lamb dishes. Everything was amazing, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Really good portions and reasonable prices for the the type of food. Definitely recomended.

Great Portuguese menu. Grilled whole a fish is so very good. Chourico comes flaming. Great appetizers and weekly specials. Service can be slow at times because everything is made to order.. The owner and the staff are friendly

Food is good Staff is friendly, only recommendation I’d have is hire more staff….I’ve been going there for atleast 5yrs and they only have one waitor on for full hours of restaurant hours ans it makes everything run very slowly and obviously burns out that one person waiting on all the tables, otherwise great

Went there multiple times. This place is not fancy but what you want to go daily. Seafood is always fresh. What is better than fresh seafood, simply seasoned and with a very reasonable price?

Definitely a hidden gem, food was very good and timely. Decor is very Portuguese and that’s a good thing. Lamb and steak were excellent! And can’t pass up an opportunity for a Super Bock

Excellent service. I would compare the experience with my trip to Portugal, very authentic and delicious. Definitely will be going back and telling my friends about this place.

Good place with good food. Good service, nice athmosphere, maybe a little overpriced for the area. It was the first time for me to try Portuguese cuisine and it left a good impression! I would come back.

Visited Adega for dinner on a Sunday night. The staff were friendly, attentive and gave us a rundown of popular dishes on the menu. My husband had Terra E Mar (steak and shrimp) and I had Marisqueira (mixed seafood over rice). Both entrees were delicious, made with fresh ingredients, and good portions. The restaurant has a full bar with bottles of wine to share. Great idea for an impromptu date night. We will be back!

I feel the reviews and rating of this restaurant reflect the previous management. The food is just terrible. Can’t even describe. Not authentic Portuguese food at all. Go to casa Portugal in Cambridge if you want the real thing.
