The food truck came to my work, I was very excited to try we had been meaning to try since they opened. I was not disappointed the food was delicious the pastry with the ground meat delicious, crisp and flaky on the outside. The rice was a little crunchy the only setback. Unfortunately, they use MSG in their food and I am intolerant I was quite ill for about 36 hours after eating, theirs was the only meal I consumed. MSG is perfectly fine and enhances the flavor of food and completely safe for those w/o intolerance so do not let this deter you from this great food!

Wonderful fresh food! It was the first time I’ve had cassava leaves; SO flavorful! I had with fufu and meats. It was wonderful, I am going to have trouble picking something different to try the next time I go there. I also had a side order of fried plantains they are a must order!!

Let me just tell you, I’m a very picky eater. And to think Fargo, would have a restaurant like this hidden. This is a Mom and Pops kinda joint. Food is made to order. It’s a lil wait, but if you want a glass of wine, whip out your lab top. And enjoy your wait. Because once that food comes. It’s like OMG good. Each bite, was fantastic. This is authentic cooking. The spice’s are blend perfectly. The owner you will fall in love with! She runs it with her family. So she makes sure what she is serving, she’s make for a family member ( which is us the customers) Please-give it a go.

Sifa was very helpful with selecting what to order because I would like to order one of everything. We ordered the Sambusa appetizer and they were so delicious. I ended up ordering the special – souya steak and was impressed. It was flavorful. It was served with a choice of 1 side and a salad. I did order fries but accidentally got the seasoned rice. I was still pleased because the rice was good. My husband ordered the cham steak and he enjoyed it thoroughly. Since the food is prepared fresh, it takes some time but worth the wait! Service is great and they offer a special on Saturday night, free dessert! We were given a complimentary cup of her frozen yogurt rice pudding dessert. Thank you Sifa for a delicious dinner and dessert. Would recommend!!

Happen to find this place on Savecoin coupon and Had an amazing dinner here, Tons of French Flare and flavor, nothing like you think it will be. I recommend to ask about each menu item the details are to long to put in the menu descriptions.. so yummy pictures was the special of the day, fish prepared and delivered perfectly, color, flavor, super flakey just the right amount of everything. The owner will customize to your taste, plantains and the most unusual delight was the fermented yucca root added the red sauce for even more flavor and of course the greens were perfect as well. My wife had the vegan bowl, she was also amazed at the amount of flavor.

Innovative, delicious, and flavorful dishes! This below is the 5bk sandwich which was delicious w/ fried plantains. It was Lettuce, avocados, beans, and rice dressed with 5BK sauce served in a fresh waffle bowl. My friend got fufu with beef stew and gave me some which was full of flavors that I need to come back for! Thank you adibon for your amazing service and wonderful dishes!

You can’t go wrong with Veggie bowl, its packed with different flavors. It was little shy from being a 5 star experience had it be less oily. Nice little clean place and the owners were very courteous.
