The tamales were cold in the middle. Tasted like they bought frozen tamales and stuffed them in the microwave. The cheese fries cheese was just shredded cheddar and wasn’t melted. The beans tasted watered down and were a weird color. It was expensive for poor quality, tasteless, cold food. Waste of my time and money. Very disappointed. If I could give zero stars I would.

D-Dub !
This is my go to when I’m down in Pueblo. I know they’re probably other hidden gems down there, but I love the breakfast burrito with the green chilli! Don’t judge a book by its cover though! It does look skeptical from the outside. The food definitely is worth it!

We are updating our review. The girl that has been working in the mornings is absolutely horrendous. We do not know what her issue with delivery drivers are but she slams the orders down puts opened cups of salsa in the bag and hands out sloppy drinks. Major attitude with this employee. She is not new and has worked at this establishment for quite a while but her attitude is just completely deteriorated. We do not recommend picking up orders while this employee is working.

Adolfos on Northern Avenue in Pueblo, CO is spectacular! Totally delicious! I love eating here! The food is out of this world. The staff are wonderful too. They’re very polite and professional. They’re kind and generous. The atmosphere is exquisitely pleasant. I’d eat there every night if I could. The double chicken enchilada with refried beans, rice, lettuce, & this delicious special sauce is the best dish in the world. Thank you for being here for serving us Adolfos!! You do everything right!
