When first moving to Jacksonville, this place was great… pizzas were good size and plentiful and prices were reasonable… now the establishment is hot inside, pizzas smaller, and not worth sitting down inside to enjoy eating. Carry-out takes precedence over dining in and it’s cheaper to carry out.

We are out-of-towners, looking for something other than a chain store lunch. We were hugely disappointed. Our order was not correct. The pizza was very greasy. The ingredients were not fresh. Parmesan cheese was rock-hard. We tried something different and we lost. We don’t recommend.

If you’re thinking about eating here, just don’t. We walked in and there was just a couple of pieces of pizza on the buffet. By the time we got our salad, there was no pizza left. They brought out 2 small pizzas and by the time others had got theirs, there was none left again. He eventually brought out 2 more small pizzas but we decided we were better off getting a refund than to stay and wait to maybe get a piece of pizza or maybe not. Save your time and money. Trust the negative reviews. I don’t know where the positive ones come from. We must not have gone to the same place as they did.

The lady was rude and mean to us. We ate there and then decided to take a to go pizza to a friends house. We didn’t want to waste the food we had in our plates so we put it in our pizza box to go . The lady saw and started to demand us to pay extra and it was just 3 small piece of pizza. It was also closing time and they ratter just throw it away then let a paying customer take it and eat it. They also took a long time to get our pizza out. Just bad service and rude behavior.

Next restaurant to go out of business in Jacksonville Texas. Two years ago my 1st choice for pizza and salad. Old staff friendly and eager to please. The new staff acts like they could care less. Rude to customers and no longer allow customers to make a request on their favorite pizza. It’s “take what we put out “. Mostly single topping pizzas with very little toppings. My last trip to Adolphos pizza today March 06,2021. Restaurant bathrooms often without soap or toilet paper. Will never eat at this place again.

Why is these place still open? The customer service is bad no service what’s so ever. My son went in and order hot wings number one price to high. Number two gave him his order of hot wings no bag at all. They where put in a little container hot sauce coming out the sides. Causing to damage my son’s pants and spill on my seat in my car (a new car) not happy. Went in to get a bag the girl behind the cash register rudely stated (we don’t have any). I requested a refund she stated (I have to call my manager). For what then I had a chance to speak to someone probably not the manager. And my number was taken to be contacted about the ordeal. Haven’t been contacted yet over a week now. I advice anyone don’t go to these restaurant. It also has a smell not clean at all service there’s none. Luck you got 1 star rather give you none.
