Got a veggie pizza found hair on the pizza and asked for a refund the guy that was there started yelling at me and telling me that it’s not hair when clearly it was hair and I paid 5$ I’m not going to eat hairy pizza! He proceeded to make me wait 5 minutes for a refund and told me no refunds and he finally gave in and gave me back my money and yelled at me as I was leaving “do me favor never come back” and I replied I’m not coming back I don’t want your hairy pizza!

The help is rude there. I shouldn’t be yelled at for letting them know that the pizza is drooping. I love the pizza but something is different with the formula and the pizza has been drooping since. When I let the man with the apron know what was going on the employee bud in and yelled at me in front of bunch of customers. Unprofessional, no etiquette and no respect.
