Food was absolutely delicious! Our server was probably the best server I’ve ever had, food wasn’t a long wait. It tasted similar to Indian but honestly after eating here I never want Indian food again because afghan is better!

The food here is phenomenal. We got the Lamb Shank Qabuli Palow, which was fall-off-the-bone delicious. It also came with a side of saucy and decadent eggplant which was so amazing. The Mixed Dashi was great – the beef in it was especially amazing. And don’t pass on the Pumpkin Mantu and the Firni for dessert!

Stopped by Afghan Kitchen last night with brother for a quick dinner and ordered Spinach Chalow and Chicken Palow with Chicken Kabab on side. Was seated as soon as we walked in and absolutely delicious food, presented well. The host ensured if everything tasted well and ensured our glasses were always full (of water). Like the cute little ambiance and food. Definitely coming back and highly recommend to check out their menu and I hope you love it too.

The service was excellent. The food came out promptly and was delicious! I had the chicken lawang and bulani. The music is nice, and the atmosphere is small and quiet. Not much parking though.

So we showed up one evening for dinner 30 minutes before they closed. We apologized as we thought they were open slightly later. We offered to come back another day but the hostess said she’d check with the kitchen and came back and seated us. She was very warm, friendly, and polite however she felt she rushed us a bit and apologized profusely and even brought us a complimentary appetizer. I have no clue what we ate but it was all delicious! We just asked for suggestions and ate what came out. Loved everything we ordered and will definitely go back at a more decent hour.

It was a 5 star experience all around. We ordered the meet combo for two(which includes a chicken and a beef kabobs, chicken qabuli palow, 5 beef dumplings and salads); Bulani and Firni (cardamon pudding) for desert. It’s not a huge place, but they have a big table to host larger crowds(8_10). We also liked the decoration, atmosphere and the friendly owner/service. Will return for sure 🙂

This place is a bit of a hole in the wall but is so good! My two brothers and me got the meal for three. It was amazing! The meats tasted so good! So many good flavors throughout the dishes! It was plenty of food. What made it all even better the staff was very friendly and attentive. I’m definitely coming back.
