I just got my food delivered and I must say.. the egusi has entirely too much spinach which tells me someone was too lazy to cook authentic egusi soup. The oxtail soup… lazy. The oxtail should’ve been cooked atleast and hr longer. It’s so unfortunate that there is no good west African food near Alexandria.
