I thoroughly enjoyed my visit here even though there was no one else in the restaurant. We came in a little late because we couldn’t find the place. It’s on the downhill side of the mall. The lady there was extremely friendly and seemed happy to have us there even only 30 mins before closing. I ordered fufu and lamb stew. I loved it! It was a lot though. I really stuffed myself but it was worth it! Wish I was closer because I would be back to try more.

This is for sure an upgrade from the previous owners. The staff is very nice and the food was delicious. Now I only have a few minor issues, the parking is horrible. There isn’t enough menu items at or under $12. If they add more apps options, get a wider seafood option then it will be better. There need to be an option other than tilapia, like snapper or catfish. The Senegalese rice is my favorite. The Debe was good however it was a little dry, but seasoned perfectly.

Amazing! So delicious!! Everything on the table was absolutely incredible. I tried the veggie samosas, baijia, and plantains, which were all VEGAN and I can’t wait to come back again!! We also got meat dishes: the bidi and peanut stew and it was the best we ever had! THANK YOU for such great service and food! We are so happy to find

Most food was good. The fish was not fresh but the veggies served with it were fantastic. Samosas and other appetizers were delicious.

I’ve been here since I was little and back then, it was amazing. Great portions. Lately though I’ve been getting oily food. Today super topped off my frustration as I ordered the food and seen my order of the cassava was PURE oil. I am disappointed as I KNOW that I’ve had great cassava portion in the past but today is crazy.

I had the pleasure of dining at this remarkable restaurant with my boyfriend where excellent service and a warm, friendly owner truly made the experience memorable. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine smile from the waitress and welcoming atmosphere . The owner also took time to engage in a conversation and made sure our meal was perfect. If you are looking for a place where food is good and atmosphere is inviting, African soulfood is definitely the place for you.

If you want to try some Kenyan home cooked meals this is the place to go! Everything I’ve ever ordered was so good and delicious! Compliments to the chef! Warning for those who can’t handle spicy foods… ask for mild heat.
