Our menu centers around our signature bowl of Yuzu Shio ramen; a light, delicate broth built upon a reduction made from local chicken, dry fishniboshi katsuobushi, dry konbu seaweed, and vegetables to produce a layer of umami flavors, and hints of refreshing yuzu citrus.
Our kitchen uses the same techniques employed in our central kitchen at the foot of AFURI mountain.

The H tantan was good but a little salty, Tonkotsu Shio didn’t taste like Tonkotsu and pepper was strong, yuzu shoyu was the best. The veg gyoza tasted a little like Natto and not for my liking.

I’ve been wanting to try this place out for a while now and I finally had the chance to squeeze time for it. It was a rainy night so the vibes were already right from the beginning and there was no wait time, even better.

For the price and the ambience of the restaurant, I was honestly expecting better quality and flavour. I ordered the wagyu ramen and fried chicken, the broth flavour was bland and the meat was tougher than expected – especially since it was advertised as wagyu. The fried chicken; however, was crispy and tasty.

The open space, take a very wide and comfortable dine in atmosphere. There is a bar serve the drinks. The Raman soup has deep flavors and rich. Noodle is nice. Fried dumpling is crispy.

Casual, open air sit down restaurant with communal style long tables situated in middle of floor. Service is stellar despite being usu packed. Came for lunch. Had the Ninniku Shoyu ramen, soft shell crab bun, gyoza. Delicious. The yuzu flavored ramen has a distinct/refreshing twist in the broth but you have to be in the mood for it.

I came here for dinner when it first opened and we were a big group. You have to wait to be seated and one of the staff will bring you to a screen to place your order.

A really interesting place for ramen. Mixing yuzu citrus and soy sauce gives a new flavor for the broth. Noodle is house made and cooked to el dente. Will come back for other stuff.
